Can over the counter foggers kill bed bugs and fleas?
Some of the adults, but I would not rely on one for either of these pests. Bedbugs are particularly hardy creatures & if they are in your box springs, most pros will recommend you discard or put a slipcover over to seal them in since there are too many nooks & crannies to effectively treat unless you use heat & a lot of it.
How long does the treatment take to get rid of bed bugs?
If you squash a bedbug it will die instantly.
How many bugs do you kill when you step in the grass?
The number of bugs killed when stepping in the grass can vary widely depending on factors such as the density of the insect population and the specific type of grass. Generally, you may inadvertently squash a few insects like ants or beetles, but the total number could range from none to several dozen in heavily infested areas. However, many insects are small and might escape without being harmed. Ultimately, it's difficult to quantify the exact number without specific context.
Can bed bugs lay eggs in your hair?
Bedbugs are generally active only at dawn, with a peak feeding period about an hour before sunrise.
Attracted by warmth and the presence of carbon dioxide, the bug pierces the skin of its host with two hollow tubes. With one tube it injects its saliva, which contains anticoagulants and anesthetics, while with the other it withdraws the blood of its host.
Bedbugs can lay up to five eggs in a day and 500 during a lifetime. The eggs are visible to the eye measuring 1 mm in length (approx. two grains of salt) and are a milky-white tone. The eggs hatch in one to two weeks. The hatchlings begin feeding immediately. They pass through five molting stages before they reach maturity. They must feed once during each of these stages.
At room temperature, it takes only about five weeks for a bedbug to pass from hatching to maturity. They become reproductively active only at maturity.
And yes, you CAN get them in your hair, but they prefer warmer, juicier areas. You might want to consider head lice as a problem first when it comes to your head area.
What could these small bugs in the bed be?
If they are round bugs on sheets, they are most likely bedbugs but they appear more brown than black. Anything else on them would be unusual so would be difficult to provide an id without a photo.
Bed bugs multiply quickly and can raise upto 4 generations a year and how fast they mature and breed depends on the temperature and food supply available. Females can lay up to 500 eggs in groups of 2 to 50 that are glued to rough surfaces. Eggs hatch after about 10 days into young nymphs looking like the adults except for their yellowish color and smaller size. Taking from 1 to 5 months to mature and shedding their skin several times as they grow, they can live for over a year.
What products kill bed bugs instantly?
Bed bugs are a blood feeding insect, and while they are small, they are no where near that small. Bed bugs do NOT help the human population in any way. To answer the question, most bed bug products do not kill bed bugs instantly. As an employee of a pest control company who specializes in bed bugs, my recommendation for the fastest form of extermination would be the use of heat.
Can littile dogs carry bedbugs?
This is extremely unlikely. Bedbugs are attracted by your breath as a human when you are asleep. They thus home in on where your breath is coming from to get their meal from your blood while you are asleep in your bed in the night. They may then set up home in or near your bed. They would not be attracted by the breath of dogs nor have any attraction to go anywhere near a dog or a dog's bed.
Bedbugs are everywhere. Carrying a single bug home from a trip can lead to an infestation in your home. These nasty creatures feed off your blood while you sleep. They are impervious to insecticides; nothing much seems to kill them. Heat is the only thing that kills them. A heat remediation company will heat the inside of the house to over 300 for an hour or more. Plants, pets and heat-sensitive items must be removed first.
Steamers work very well for exterminating bed bugs, providing you move slowly, the temperatures are hot enough, and the steam fully penetrates anything you are trying to treat. Steam will only kill on contact, so it generally is not an effective method for complete extermination.
What is the best insecticide to kill bed bugs?
If your dog has fleas I wouldn't suggest you use insecticide to get rid of them as it could harm your dog.
You can easily obtain flea treatment shampoos and preventative measures to help stop them reappearing from any good pet store.
Regularly grooming your dog will help too as you can stop any fleas which you do find.
Get rid of them quickly using the appropriate treatment as fleas can lead to other dog health problems such as hair loss if the dog continually scratches in an attempt to find relief from the irritation.
Anywhere it is dark and at a warm to moderate temperature. Over 115 F or under 15 F they will die. Warm temperatures are more effective and require less duration than cold to kill BedBugs including their eggs.

What are some ways of dealing with a bedbug infestation?
The best way to deal with bedbug infestation is to contact a pest control company to inspect the premises and treat the problem in a very short period of time.
Bedbugs have grown immune to the standard bug spray you buy in the supermarket. To exterminate them it is better and easier (not always the cheapest) to call your local Pest control services. These bugs generally hide in the seems of the mattress, in dark cracks of wood or walls, and you can never see them during the day for they are nocturnal. The best thing is to isolate the area until your pest control expert arrives. Keep animals away from the area also as they can spread the bugs
No only a small percentage of people encounter a bedbug problem in their bed, probably less than 1 in 40. But do not get confused with dust-mites as they are a different creature and they do live in almost every bed in the world. But you ask about "bedbugs" so can I explain the facts about them. People as such do not have bedbugs, beds do. Or to be more specific bedbugs live in or near people's beds and they will feed off whoever happens to be using that bed. In a hotel a bed may be infested and different people book into that hotel on different nights and use that bed and so get bitten while staying there, but not once they leave that hotel and go back to their home, unless they take bedbug eggs in their luggage with them, in which case they will have a bedbug problem in their home thereafter. But bedbugs may also decide to move from one person's bed to another person's bed for their meals in one home, as they are attracted towards the breath of somebody asleep. So in such a place as a dormitory or barrack room with several people sleeping in very close proximity, different peoplemay get bitten on different nights. Also in some cases some bedbugs in a home infested with them may move to a neighbouring home where they detect the breath of people asleep in that home and then set up their base near to a bed in there. Thus a person whose bed has never been infested, living in that home, will suddenly have acquired a bed bug problem through no fault of his own and in time other people's beds in that new home may also get infested and the user of that bed get bitten.

BedBugs do feed on pets but they do not stay on the pet like other pests such as fleas or ticks.
BedBugs might hitch a ride on a pet from one location to another but they will not stay past dinner. They eat and run.
Keep in mind that bed bugs, unlike fleas, do not prefer pets, as they have a difficult time moving through fur.
They eat dead skin cells that are in your mattress and blankets.
Bed bugs DRINK BLOOD from warm blooded mammals. So for example...human blood.
Bed bugs eat dead skin that falls of the body and collects on the bed as you sleep.
How do you get rid of bed bug bits?
The reason you may not see signs of bed bugs is because bed bugs are known to hide in crack and crevices behind walls and also inside mattresses. They generally only come in at night and attracted to CO2.
Also consider that the bites you might have may also be from other bugs like fleas.
Not, really. Usually bed-bugs eat wood, and others things related to insects. One good thing to know is that you should always try to keep your furniture & beds clean because these bugs could led to a humans death.
_________
Wrong, wrong, and wrong again. Bed bugs eat only blood - human blood is preferred, though they can do fine on birds. With cats, dogs, and other critters it's harder - they're not adapted to clinging to fur, though they'll do it in a pinch. MOST IMPORTANT: They don't transmit diseases, though some people do get bad rashes - but others might not react at all. They don't care about messy or clean; just about proximity to humans.
Do bed bugs stay on the people they bite?
In my experience....possibly.
The bed bugs in my current and previous apartments have bitten me many times a night on a regular basis. However, my girlfriend has never been bitten in our current apartment, and only a handful of times in our last. I can't say whether my location was more convenient, or if I was just more tasty to them. Then again, perhaps my girlfriends skin just doesn't react to the bites as much as mine.
Not a solid answer, but it's something.
Can bedbugs get through the plastic mattress covers?
Not entirely because the bedbugs can infest the bedclothes and can even be found in the joints of the bed frame. Using a vinyl cover can prevent them from infesting the mattress if it is well sealed. It doesn't necessarily need to be air-tight because it will need to breathe but the vent holes need to be screened to prevent the insects from entering.
Assuming you are referencing blankets or comforters, the answer is yes. If the items are not laundered regularly, Bedbugs will take harborage in the seams and creases of these items. It is not as favorable a spot at the actual mattress, box spring, bed frame and/or headboard because these items usually remain motionless while bed coverings get moved a lot especially while you sleep but I have seen Bedbugs living on them.
They rather come in at night but will come in during light if need. They are very smart insects and know the best time to attact. Sleeping with a nightlight may reduce the amount that come out. Spray all edges of bed box and mattress with alcohol at least twice a week to eliminate as many bugs as possible
Are the bed bugs inside the mattress?
They can be, and it is very common. You will be able to see signs of bed bugs on the exterior of the mattress as well.
