What is modern method of family planning?
There are lots of modern methods. The most recently approved by the FDA is Implanon. It's a small tube of hormones that is inserted into a woman's arm by a nurse or doctor. It gradually releases hormones and prevents pregnancy for up to 3 years. It's available at most Planned Parenthoods.

Yes, I have had safe sex and took a preg test and it was negative. I was on B.C for about 10 years and the first month off I did get my period.
