There are many reson behind on this problem, let we discuss few problems from outside.

(1) Background color should match with ad color.

(2) Match ads and background color same so it will not look diffrent so it will increse click on ads.

(3) Place on ads perfectly on the blog.

(4) Place ad on those place where people click more.

If you are asking how to link blogger logo's or just a link button that goes to other blogs and sites too, then here it it:

1. Open up the page you want to have put the blogger buttons.

2. Click on to the edit page button.

3. Choose a place to place your link in.

4. Copy this HTML code:

<a href="PLACE FULL SITE LINK HERE"><img src="PLACE THE URL OF IMAGE OF LINK BUTTON HERE" /></a>

5. As you see, place the full site URL on the area that says 'PLACE FULL SITE LINK HERE'. Also, when you copy it down, don't leave the 'PLACE FULL SITE LINK HERE' on the HTML code.

6. Also, as said, replace the URL of image on the area of 'PLACE THE URL OF IMAGE OF LINK BUTTON HERE'.

7. Click 'save'.

Results:

You should now have a link button.

WHAT IF IT DOESN'T WORK!?

Make sure the link is right off the URL address bar, not just typing it in. Copy and Paste it is the trick.

For image URL, use a image host. Like, TinyPic, PhotoBucket, etc.

You might need to add jpg instead of gif at the end of the image URL, behind the full stop.

Make sure you haven't skipped or erased any of the HTML code.

Anything else, I am not sure.
