I will say I think not! I saw a good deal of M.Ali's fights. I don't recall anyone's face looking like it was fixed fight. Most of his opponents faces were a bloody mess when he finished. That said, could his managers/promoters have set him up early on with "easy" opponents? Sure! they all do! Not really fixing... more like training and advertising so you will hear about them and they will learn more skills without getting hurt or losing...
