What is the difference between a farkas french horn model 178 179 180?

They're all essentially the same instrument, with minor differences. The H178 is lacquered yellow brass, the 179 is nickel-silver with a wider bell taper, and the 180 is a yellow brass version of the 179. (Then the 181 is a rose brass version of the 180, and the 177 has a smaller bell).

What colors are the trumpets?

How do you fix a frozen a tuning side on a French horn?

If it's literally frozen, you'll need to wait till the metal comes to room temperature before you can move it.

If it's metaphorically frozen (meaning that it simply won't move), you can try wiggling it. Pull from side to side instead of just out. Most of the time, a slide gets jammed from being forced into a crooked position, so the goal is to get it un-crooked.

If it's chronically stuck and there's nothing you can do to fix it, don't try anything drastic. Send it into a music repair shop and they'll get it done fairly quickly.

How is the Trumpet played?

Trumpets are brass instruments, so the players buzzes their lips and different speeds to produce the different pitches. Then, using the valves, you can produce all the notes for those keys - if you're good enough. Like all instruments, it takes a lot of practice.

How can you obtain a copy of Gods Trombones or Trumpets of the Lord with actress C.Tyson and produceddirected by Vinette Carroll?

Unfortunately, Ms. Carroll refused to allow others to produce much of her work after she became ill. Having seen the performance, decades ago, in Washington, D. C., I proposed our drama department do it. After searching at length, including the Library of Congress information center, my colleagues and I found that when Vinette Carroll became ill, she closed her theater company and did not permit others to continue to produce her work in case they could not meet her personal standards of quality. Some believe all copies were lost when Ms. Carroll's will was acted upon.

What is the term describing a musician who's mastered the most instruments?

If I understand this question correctly, I would call this person a "multi-instrumental genius extraordinaire". Studio or "Session" musicians are known to be "multi-talented" but are more than likely limited as to the number of instruments they play. The "politically correct" term (if you will) is somewhat fleeting for me. There might not be an exclusively singular definitive word to describe such a person. Perhaps a series of descriptive words like I have offered might do the trick. Someone with this kind of talent would be not only EXTREMELY talented, but I would imagine they would be: 1) certainly professionally trained to some degree. 2) are unequivocally devoted to music. 3) would most likely be universally reowned by the masses. ( Comp. > Elvis Presley's Popularity ). If this helps you out, I'm glad to have been of service. Good Luck!
