I know she doesn't love me, it was hard to take but I grieved the relationship and built my self up and started again. I am now dating again (nothing serious) and meeting new people and focusing on myself. You have to have a relationship with yourself. It will take time to heal your broken heart and bruised ego. If she misses you too and feels the same way, then maybe it'll be enough to make this relationship she's in fall down and make her think of you. It has worked before. It's a bad news / good news kind of thing. She is telling you she doesn't want to date you anymore (bad news), but at least she doesn't hate your guts (good news). (If she said she wants to break up and never to call her or talk to her again, then you can be sure that she also hates your guts.)
What you should do is respect her wishes and leave her alone. If she has any interest in you she would have contacted you by now. Sounds like she has moved on with her life and you should do the same. Dont know what changes you made and why you had to make them but its too late and you should keep making positive changes for future healthy relationships. If i have read your question properly, then it seems to me that she wants you to get angry with her, that will make the breaking up more easy because you won't be emotionally glued to her.
