Does amoxicillin cover bronchitis?
Amoxicillin may be able to treat uncomplicated cases of bronchitis, but frequent use and increased bacterial resistance in the population has made this antibiotic less useful today. Especially where the individual has had recurrent bronchitis, it would be necessary to obtain a sputum sample of mucus from the lungs in order to be able to do a culture and sensitivity which allows us to determine the specific antibiotics to which the bacteria are susceptible in your own case.
Can azithromycin prescribed for bronchitis also cure a UTI at the same time?
Most cases of bronchitis are caused by a viral infection. Since antibiotics, such as amoxil, do not affect viral infections, they do not help treat them. Risk factors for bacterial bronchitis include a history of emphysema or chronic bronchitis, an immunocompromised condition (AIDS, on chronic steroids or chemotherapy), or a prior viral illness (such as bronchitis) that gets better and then gets worse acutely.
Does bronchitis always show up on an x ray?
No. A doctor listens for it. Pneumonia shows up on the x ray.
What is the Best thing for chest congestion?
If you are congested, a type of medicine called an expectorant will help loosen the congestion so you can more easily cough it up. Many cough medicine preparations contain expectorant medication. One of the expectorant ingredients that works best for my family is called Guaifenesin. Read the label on the cough medicines and pick one with that as the active ingredient. There are also longer acting tablets with guaifenesin as the active ingredient available also over the counter called Mucinex. Both of these types of medicine have been recommended by many health care professionals during the pandemic.
Your arm doesnt fall asleep that's just a silly way to say it, your arm needs blood to move. just like a few days ago my arm fell asleep cause i slept on it ( 7-5 hours straight) when i woke up my arm felt dead i tried moving my fingers but nothing, i tried moving my arm but i can just carry it along with me, my shoulder holding it up. it eventually "woke up" or i finally could move my fingers but not so easily then after atleast 1- 3 minutes my arm returned to normal. maybe you should try this, sleep on your arm when you wake up your arm should be asleep, if not then you move too much in your sleep, try another option, lay on your arm for atleast 10-20 minutes. if your patient. and get up your arm shouldn't be moving when you try to but yeah answering your question [ cause there isn't no blood circulation into it ] .

Yes, it can cause both a bad taste in your mouth as well as bad breath. It may not be the only cause, because foods you ate the evening before can also have an effect. Be sure to brush your teeth well at night before going to bed. An antihistimine at bedtime might also help to reduce the drip.

What would cause pain to the chest when I swallow?
You need to go to the ER as soon as possible to be sure you are not having a stroke or heart attack. I am not trying to frighten you and it could well be an anxiety attack (they can sure feel like a heart attack.) There could be other reasons for this such as an irritated colon, twisted bowel, etc. Let the specialists in the hospital do their thing.
Yes you can, but as always you need some other points to make the calculation ie HCT(hematocrit) and your RBC(red blood count)
MCV=HCT%*10 / RBC count (millions/mm3)
What organ does bronchitis affect?
Bronchitis is inflammation of the mucous membranes of the bronchi, the airways that carry airflow from the trachea into the lungs. Bronchitis can be classified into two categories, acute and chronic, each of which has unique etiologies, pathologies, and therapies.
Acute bronchitis is characterized by the development of a cough, with or without the production of sputum, mucus that is expectorated (coughed up) from the respiratory tract. Acute bronchitis often occurs during the course of an acute viral illness such as the common cold or influenza. Viruses cause about 90% of cases of acute bronchitis while bacteria account for less than 10%.[1]
Chronic bronchitis, a type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, is characterized by the presence of a productive cough that lasts for 3 months or more per year for at least 2 years. Chronic bronchitis most often develops due to recurrent injury to the airways caused by inhaled irritants. Cigarette smoking is the most common cause, followed by air pollution and occupational exposure to irritants, and cold air.

What happens when you breathe in really cold air?
One of the respiratory purposes of the mouth is to warm and moisten the air for the lungs to draw the oxygen out of it. That's the reason why even when it is very cold outside, you can see your breath, because the warm moisture is "frozen" (basically).
