Calling and Area Codes

Guatemala does not have an area code 888. A number in North American (i.e., USA, Canada, etc.) toll-free area code +1 888 may route to Guatemala (or almost anywhere else).

International country code +888 is used by the United Nations OCHA for temporary numbers for major international disaster relief operations, anywhere in the world.
