The cost of a high definition video camera will depend on the make and model of the camera you want. You may get a budget video camera for as little as $40 or you may spend upward of $3000 or more for a more advance high definition video camera.

The question here reads, can you play a Digital 8mm tape on an analog camcorder. The answer to this is NO. An analogue Video8 or Hi8 camcorder will display nothing useful if playing a tape recorded with the Digital8 standard.

The amount of pixels per picture is just to measure the detail and clarity of a picture. The 30 pixels will give you a clearer crisp picture with more detailed color, whereas the 10 pixel will have a larger botchy picture with no intense small detail.

Probably not. If the camera is watching an area that is open to public view then there is no expectation of privacy, anyone can watch what you do on the front lawn. If the camera is installed so that it specifically looks in to an area that is not in public view, or in to a window, etc., without a specific lawful purpose, it may be something that is against the law.

The wet plate (or colldion) process was in use at the time. This involved coating a glass plate with a solution that when slightly gelled, was immersed in silver nitrate. that is why when you take a photo there is that snapping noise. if you were to look through it at that moment you could probably see blackness for a split second because the mirrors have gone and then you can see it again because they are back.

If you read the Nook Color user guide you will find the picture (Gallery) and music apps in the "extras" folder.
