No I don't really think so. I am supposed to be Pisces but I am not mysterious, alluring and I am not frail or quick to rely on others. I mean, there are some things that are correct e.g. I am intuitive, sympethetic/empathetic and "fascinated by film or photography". I think, with star signs, they use such vague, general umbrellas to categorise people that it is likely that you will fit in somewhere with your alotted sign but also, things will be different. In coonclusion I personally feel that Star Signs are merely mythological/superstitious and have no real effect on who we are or what we may become.

I believe star signs are real. :) If you've ever studied psychology, and compared the way that people behave according to their sign, the descriptions of their character tend to be pretty accurate. Leo tends to be very loving but dramatic (I noticed these personality traits before ever becoming interested in astrology). Sagittarius tends to be a little flighty and does not liked to be tied down, even though he's a very logical and caring person. Cancer is kind of like a real crab and likes to stay at home.

not nessesarily; Saggis and cancers are semi semi different. Cancers are more sensitive and take things to heart while Saggis could care less what others think. i would say its about a 1 out of 5, not the best, it would be an ok-ish thing.
No offence but life is all about risk, the problem with astrology is that it limits choices. The whole field can actually be bull. Why, because a Sagittarius, a Cancer or even a Libra would have completely different points of view. If I say i don't like Aries or Sagittariuses that would mean i am not attracted to them. I cannot deny who I am attracted too. If we all hate risk, then who will take risk!
I would say astrology can be quite accurate, and being a Cancer, I would say that most of the Sagittariuses I know get on my freaking nerves. The only Sagittarius I could handle was a funny guy, so it might have nothing to do with astrology, just that I like people with a sense of humor. Then again, he was on the cusp of Scorpio, and all of my exes have been Scorpios. If you put in the effort, you can be with whoever you want, they just have to want it as much as you.
