It is likely that Jesus ate fish, so probably not.
The simple mention of fish and loaves lends to the reasoning that he was not a vegetarian completely. There is little to go on but the few mentions in the Bible including the Last Dinner tends to show that he was not a vegetarian, at least not by a modern point of view.
There is a mention that he did "fast" a time or two which means he must have eaten just like any other human. As people's diets at the time consisted of very little meat, it was still eaten, especially at events and gatherings.

The inspired original manuscript mentions "reclined" at home where the KJV says "sat at meat." The meaning, however, refers to the "taking of a meal" since reclining was a person's position in those days when meals were taken.

I'm confident that He enjoyed a balanced diet of meat and vegetables. Don't most average Jews like meat and veggies? But then again, Jesus wasn't an average man.

Actually, they did exist. It happened many times in history. One example is the donner party, they were left stranded in the woods (during winter) and some say that they were starving so they ate each other. However, I don't think that cannibals exist today! Thank goodness..... >_<

As a matter of fact, humans have been doing it in ancient rituals as some sort of inhumane sacrifice or as a mad result of starvation. Insane as it may be, it's true. They're not as common as they were hundreds of years ago.
Are there still cannibals today?
Individual Cannibals do still exist, but Cannibalistic societies are pretty rare. The most well documented Cannibalistic Community was in the remote Jungles of Papua New Guinea near the Pacific.

Cannibalism was a common practice in Papua New Guinea as recently as the twentieth century, and there are some tribes in the wildest western region of Papua New Guinea which are said to still maintain the practice, such as the ethnic groups of the Korowai and the Kombai people. This is practised only as a form of tribal punishment. They do not headhunt strangers. As with many tribal groups in Papua New Guinea, they operate outside of the country's laws.
Culturally there are no cannibals, individually there are cannibals. There is a current practice to eat the placenta from childbirth, and this is a form of cannibalism; although not wide spread.

Sometimes it's because of sheer survival pressure. People caught somewhere without anything to eat will sometimes eat other people when it's that or die of hunger.
Sometimes it's because of tradition, ritual and myth. Usually along the lines of "if you eat your (beaten) enemy, his strength becomes yours."
And sometimes it's just plain crazy.
Deep desire for human flesh in the nut jobs, might be it. But it is usually triggered by starvation in the other situations. People have had to eat the flesh of those who died after a disaster in some cases when that was the only method of survival, e.g., plane crashes in remote places. In some primitive tribes, it was a part of war to eat those who were conquered. Sometimes this was motivated as a final insult or action of revenge, sometimes to consume their enemy's power, sometimes because of tradition and rituals that went back before written history.

On April 16, 1846, nine covered wagons left Springfield, Illinois on the 2500 mile journey to California, in what would become one of the greatest tragedies in the history of westward migration. The originator of this group was a man named James Frasier Reed, an Illinois business man, eager to build a greater fortune in the rich land of California. Reed also hoped that his wife, Margaret, who suffered from terrible headaches, might improve in the coastal climate. Reed had recently read the book TheEmigrants' Guide to Oregon and California, by Landsford W. Hastings, who advertised a new shortcut across the Great Basin. This new route enticed travelers by advertising that it would save the pioneers 350-400 miles on easy terrain. However, what was not known by Reed was that the Hastings Route had never been tested, written by Hastings who had visions of building an empire at Sutter's Fort (now Sacramento.) It was this falsified information that would lead to the doom of the Donner Party.
Reed soon found others seeking adventure and fortune in the vast including the Donner family, Graves, Breens, Murphys, Eddys, McCutcheons, Kesebergs, and the Wolfingers, as well as seven teamsters and a number of bachelors. The initial group included 32 men, women and children.
With James and Margaret Reed were their four children, Virginia, Patty, James and Thomas, as well as Margaret's 70-year-old mother, Sarah Keyes, and two hired servants. Though Sarah Keyes was so sick with consumption that she could barely walk, she was unwilling to be separated from her only daughter. However, the successful Reed was determined his family would not suffer on long journey as his wagon was an extravagant two-story affair with a built-in iron stove, spring-cushioned seats and bunks for sleeping. Taking eight oxen to pull the luxurious wagon, Reed's 12-year-old daughter Virginia dubbed it "The Pioneer Palace Car."
