you have got to be joking you should never clothe a mouse they have fur for a reason.
if you really want your mice to have clothing, just make a print out of light-durable fabric. They would need to be able to move around some also. So make sure it will allow the mouse 2 move.
If the mother will allow you to yes you can, the mother probably won't be too happy but it does help to hold the babies at a young age so that they get used to people and can become good pets.

I'm not sure about the eyes... But the whiskers are that long because mice are noctournal, so there whiskers help them to sense what is around them during the day.
