It's different with if it has no owner, and depends on the Animal's mood and Yours. Animals can sense your different moods. If you are angry, they might be more afraid than if you were calm. If you annoy the animal then it is not going to like you, and may even be scared of you. If you annoy the Animal and the other person doesn't, the animal will most likely like the person who does NOT annoy it.
