Well first you have to take into consideration the age and the maturity level of the 2 people involved. If this is a young relationship, it means that neither of the persons involved is truly ready for a serious, committed relationship. First, he continues to cheat. Second, she takes him back. If he loved her unconditionally he wouldn't feel a desire to cheat, he would only want to be with her. If she felt secure in the relationship she wouldn't have to be dealing with this. All in all, it means that this relationship is not a healthy one. It is not fair to either to be with each other on these terms. He likes that fact that she will possibly take him back. It is comforting to him, but harmful for her. Both parites need to have more respect for their selves. He is cheating and "hooking up" with all of these other people and then running back to someone who is always there. She is allowing this behavior because she doesn't want to be alone because she is afraid of life without him. It really is a classic problem. It all comes down to self respect.
