well.....yeahh those shoes are good. the best shoes that i have worn are called infinitys. they are pretty affordable, and they last a very long time. they are very light and are good starter shoes. if you want to be able to have flexable shoes that are light weight and good for tumbling on your toes then infinitys are the shoes for you! you can get them on the internet or at any local cheer or dance store(they can pre-ordr them for squads also)

Organized Cheerleading was officially founded on November 2nd, 1898 at the University of Minnesota. A student by the name of Johnny Campbell led the crowd at the football game that day in an organized cheer. Cheerleading would be a male led activity up until 1923 when females began join. At this point gymnastic tumbling and megaphones were incorporated into cheers.
Modern athletic cheerleading would start developing later during the 1980's.
Why is the megaphone important?
Back in the 50's the megaphone was used mostly by the guys so that the crowd in large stadiums could hear the words to the cheer. the girls were busy doing the moves to the cheer and the guys yelled thru the megaphone until they were needed as spotters too.

Cheer-leading was invented by boys boys were the first cheerleaders it was invented for spirit for the players of football and for school spirit so it didn't matter what you were boy or girl it was such for spirit for the players.

actually, it could be. it just depends. if you're just learning for the first time and you're like .. 15, you're going to be a little less educated (obviously) but what it depends on is if you've never cheered before then you try out for the freshman squad in highschool... chances are you're not going to make it. because you get certain points for like- how high your toe touches are and how well you tumble. and if you cant throw a good backhandspring, don't count on being on JV. at least that's how it is at our hs. now if you just joined a competitive cheer squad, for your town, that's different. although, you'd probably be very behind compared to the other cheerleaders you should be working with.

Probably, if you are flexible to begin with, it will be relatively easy, but if you are trying to do it when you are not very flexible, it will take practicing every day to make it and be great at it in a month.
