You can kill a person with anything. I work in an artisan cheese store using a cheese cutting wire 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I usually have 2-3 wires break on me a day under normal proper use. The worst that I have ever had happen to me was..... nothing. A coworker of mine fell over backwards when one broke on her and she landed in the trashcan unhurt. (True story) So yes, you could kill a person using a cheese wire, but not under normal use.
