As long as it is sugar free it should be fine.

Just remember chewing gum too much causes teeth to flex.

So, if you have fillings, you may end up having those fillings to leak and fail.

As a result, the rest of the teeth may get decayed over time.

Gum is hard for your body to digest, but swallowing it definitely won't kill you.

nope, 5 gum just has cool packaging and the gum is normal, but stride comes in more flavours which last much longer. substance > appearance

doesnt matter. gum is gum. but i prefer 5 since its flavour ACTUALLY lasts longer then strides. i lost flavour from stride after a good iunno 5 seconds!

orbit is the best brand of chewing gum because all the flavors are good ( even Sangria and Maui Mint) (-; And flavor lasts a pretty long time. stride is also a brand that's flavor lasts a long time but the flavors are not as cool. Canel's Chicklets are bad because the flavor barely lasts 5 minutes. HAVE FUN CHEWING!!!

It's different for everyone, but a lot of people think strawberry gum is awesome. personally, I like any fruit flavor. As for the brand, 5 rocks in flavor and the amount of time it tastes good, but if you want an inexpensive but long-lasting gum, try Extra(which I'm chewing right now). You can get Extra at any store for about $1.29, while 5 is about $2.29. If you just want to chew, Juicy fruit is good too, at about $.99, but the taste is short-lived. If you want gum that tastes good, I'd try Icebreakers. They're expensive, though, about $2.99, and doesn't last long, but the flavor is wonderful. I always have gum at hand, usually Extra or 5.

Yes, I am indeed a gum expert(Well, as much as a 12 year old can be) and have been chewing it nonstop since I was old enough to chew. I have tasted nearly every brand and flavor of gum and love most of them.

The flavor in gum lasts so long because of the igredients in the gum

Mostly because they're told not to!

Basically your body can't break down the gum itself (though it can take up the sweeteners and flavourings). In theory if you swallowed a huge mass of gum and a load of other stuff your body can't digest then there is a tiny chance that you'll get a blockage somewher., But that would be seriously hard to do, and certainly won't be an issue if you're swallowing pieces here and there.

I think one of the main reasons that parents teach kids so militantly not so swallow gum is because they worry about kids not swallowing gum properly and choking on it as a result.

I have swallowed bubble gum and chewing gum all my life and I'm a picture of health, though for my trouble I got a huge telling off from a friend's mother at his birthday party when I was ten!

If you move your mouth from side-to-side, when you are chewing fun, it promotes the chance of you biting your mouth.

Though if you don't, then it helps train you to keep your mouth chewing in one place. So it does help you not bite your mouth if you don't chew randomly or up-and-down.

I do not know all of the flavors, but my favorite flavor of gum is by the Wrigly Company,the brand is "5" and the flavors name is Elixir,it tastes just like berries! The actual description of taste is a mouthwatering berry. I have not purchased it lately and other people say that it does not exist anymore,so you should check and see. If you look for reviews everybody says that it is gross and you should not buy it is a very reasonable price and for someone who is actually tasted it, I believe it is the best company, brand, and flavor of gum that you could buy.If you are wondering why I have not bought the gum in a while is because I have braces. I have had them for a whole year and they have to stay on for another full year. Please reply if I answered your question and if you like this gum.(If you have even tried it).
