There is no actual answer to the question...because NO ONE can go any time legally without filing taxes, (presuming they meet the rather minimum requirements to do so). Remember, filing a tax return is frequently different than paying taxes...as if someone has a salary the tax is withheld from it, and normally filing actually produces a refund.
