Don't blame your employer - he's just following orders. You will need to talk to the source of those orders.
Federal law allows up to 55% of the gross, but in some states, he can also deduct a processing charge.

How do courts view parental agreements for child custody?
If properly done using a certified mediator.

If no court order exist, the child can file, up to the age limit for your state, from 18-22. In most of these cases, the father never knew the children existed. In a Michigan case, the father was only 12 years old than the child.
That depends on whether the obligor has filed an appeal of the intercept as well as how efficient the State is that received the funds.
The income that the 14 year child earns is the child's income and would not be reported as income on the parents income tax return.
Can children receive Social Security benefits if a parent is incarcerated?
Possibly. Of course there are some strict regulations as to why they get them and how much. The link below will take you to the Social Security Administration page for Benefits for Children.
Can a child build a house on deceased parents land?
It would be risky to do so without having title to the land. If they are going to inherit the land and it doesn't have to be sold for debts, it could be done.
How do you get a deadbeat parent's drivers license revoked in California?
Talk to your State's child support agency. (FYI, revoking one's license does not generate support payments.)
AnswerA deadbeat parent can have a terrible effect on a child's life forcing that child to live in poverty rather that have the support of both parents. In the United States, failure to pay child support can result in incarceration. If a person has significant arrearages, their license can be suspended. In each state there are agencies, known as "Title IV-D" agencies, which are required by Federal law to provide child support enforcement services to anyone who requests such services. To locate your local child support enforcement agency, see the link provided below for California. You need to contact the child support agency in your county, open a case file and ask about a license suspension. The threat of a suspension of license may motivate a parent who isn't paying their share. How many beats are in a bar if a crochet and a minim is tied?
The piece is probably in 3/4 if there are no other notes in the bar (3 crotchet beats in a bar).
Also, if the crotchet and the minim are different pitches and have a curved line joining them I think it's called slurred, whereas if they are the same pitch and have that line it's called tied. (Just for reference).
You can. But also be prepared for that depending on how much time that has passed, you might not get it back.
It's doubtful that the court would find such action to be in the child's best interests.
IF it is a legal court order you must follow it or you can be held in contempt of court
if you feel like it needs to change then you need to go back to the judge or court that issued the order

Child support for a one night stand?
You make a baby, you pay for a baby! Everybody has choices and the consequences of those choices don't only lay on the shoulders of the mom. The best advice I can give is to get to know this child. The more time you spend with him/her, the lower child support will be. Oh...and keep your pants on in the future. :)

Up to 18 years worth, but there may exist the possibility of a contempt of court motion on the original case for not notifying the court of the existence of the child.
"Shared physical custody" means that each parent keeps the child or children overnight for more than 35% of the year and that both parents contribute to the expenses of the child or children in addition to the payment of child support. In cases of shared physical custody, the adjusted basic child support obligation shall first be divided between the parents in proportion to their respective adjusted actual incomes, then each parent's share shall be multiplied by the percentage of time the children spend with the other parent to determine the theoretical basic child support obligation owed to the other parent. The parent owing the greater amount shall owe the difference in the two amounts as child support.
Section §12-204
The modifier would be the amount being paid for medical coverage, but with a Rebuttable Presumption, the end amount can vary either way. SOLE CUSTODIAL FATHERS can still be ordered to pay child support, it just depends on the strength of the argument before the court.

This could be called "perjury." If you want to establish that you are the father, run, don't walk, to the appropriate court and request a determination of paternity, probably by genetic testing.
