If your ex hasn't paid child support in a month do you have to send your child for visitation?
He's not paying for the right to see his child or for the child's right to see his father. He's paying for the upkeep of the child. Think of the message that will send to the child; If you father can not pay you have no right to see him. If he's not paying you have to go to court. Starting to mess with the custody agreement on your own will just cause trouble.
In California does a biological father have to file for custody or is it automatic?
Single fathers have no assumed rights in any state until the father can establish his paternity. Remember, a child's mother can always be identified by medical records. Since the father didn't give birth and he was not legally married at the time of the birth he must seek other means of establishing his paternity and that is done through paternity test. A paternity test can be arranged through the court and once established the father can request visitations, custody and set up child support for the child.

Can I ignore a custody order if child will be sharing a room with another child of the opposite sex?
The first six words of this question are all that really matter.
The answer is no. Unless you want to go to jail, of course.
If there are factors (such as the one you describe) that weren't known to the court at the time the order was issued and you feel these might make a difference , then you need to petition the court to have the custody order changed. You can never just ignore it.

How do you stop loving the person you have a child with and that hurts you?
Thats the problem with love. You CAN make you love stop. By just programming yourself you dont love him anymore or even better start hating him.... But is this what you really want.. Because other then explained above. Love is a very strong tool to overcome everything.
Just if you really want to stop you from loving him because of... just imagine him doing that what you dont like or even hate about him. Example: if you know he is cheating on you, imagine him cheating.. Love will end... But it will break your heart as well...
All depends on why you want it and how much you really want it.
If you are not certain. Start fighting FOR his love instead of fighting AGAINST your love for him.
Good luck!

If a DNA test is court ordered and you did not get the notice what happens?
You can possibly go to jail by not showing up. If you get a notice it would be best to go. Otherwise you could possibly be police escorted.
------ If it is court ordered, you will be served by a police officer. If you don't receive the notice, either there is no court order or they have wrong info on where you live. If you were not served, that is not your fault. If you were served and are thinking about saying that you weren't, bad idea. If you weren't served I wouldn't worry about it.
