Depending on where you live, it's possible (although probably unlikely) that a judge will allow you give up your parental rights without the consent of the custodial parent. You will still have to pay child support though.

Can alimony be given after one is remarried?

Alimony is subjective, and based on the situation. There are no hard rules.

She eats a special food you can only buy at the women's section of Walmart, and eats it with chocolate milk. Then, when they are checking out, they do the macarena twice, and sing to their bellybutton gods that they want a boy or girl (their choice). Then they binge eat until their bellies get bigger. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you any more because the Girl Code section #dnj♀♀♥fhf paragraph #65 states that I am not allowed to explain the rest of the process as it is one of the female race's best-kept secrets. Sorry, I've done all I can.

Does a biological father have the right to keep a stepfather away from a child?

Yes, if the father and stepmother are divorced, and if his daughter is still a minor he can prevent her from seeing her stepmother. But if the father and stepmother are still married, that will complicate things, making it rather difficult. He shouldn't expect the stepmother to leave her own home when the daughter comes to visit, and he shouldn't expect his daughter to only visit with him in public places. And if he is still married to the stepmother, then he shouldn't have a problem with her and his daughter visiting each other.

If however his ex is in a same-sex relationship and the step mom is her new gf/wife, he can not. Neither of the parents can dictate to the other one who the child sees when in care of the other parent unless that person is unfit to be around the child and that would require proof to show in court.

How old do you have to be to decide which parent you want to live with in united kingdom?

There is a law that says when a child is 14 years old, the judge "shall consider" the desires of the child in custody cases, but the law does not say the judge shall do what the child wants. There is a world of difference between considering someone's wishes and granting those wishes. There are many reasons why judges do not automatically accept children's wishes about custody. Here are just some of them:

(1) Children can choose to live with the parent who has promised them inappropriate benefits, a new car, or no curfew for example.

(2) Children can choose to live with the parent they feel needs them. That puts the child into a parental role which is harmful. It is the parents' job to take care of the children, not vice versa.

(3) Children can choose to live with the parent they hardly know because they have a "fairytale" expectation about how wonderful that parent will be. That fantasy seldom turns into reality.

(4) Children can choose to live with the parent who has more money. If courts approved such a decision, materialism would become even worse than it already is. The law promotes the goal of putting money where the children are, not putting children where the money is.

In making custody decisions, judges consider the parents' wishes and consider the children's wishes. But every one should know that 14-year-olds do not make custody decision!
Only Indiana and Texas has laws setting out a specific age at which a child can make a choice the court is required to abide by, and even than there are some limitations. With those states, it is age 14. In all other states, the general rule of thumb is that a 12 year old can express and opinion, however the judge is under not legal obligation to consider, or even hear it. In either case, a motion to the court must be filed for a determination to be made. However, the child should be informed that there are alternatives to choosing to live with just one parent. The child should also be advised they can express a choice that they remain in one home and each parent can live with them for a designated period of time, than switch. This is called Bird Nest Custody.

Can you put childsupport on a 14 year old guy when you got pregnant at 17?

no because the dudes a minor yet ******* If you live in the US… Minor or not, as a parent he has an obligation to provide support for his child. You can petition for child support. The amount you are awarded will be VERY SMALL because due to child labor laws, he can't work more than a few hours a day. Therefore, he will have little money for child support. But before you do anything I'd highly suggest that you talk to an attorney first. The laws do vary by state, but 14 is below the age of sexual consent in every single state, so there is a very good chance that you are guilty of a felony (statutory rape, child molestation, etc) and basically you'll be going in front of a judge and admitting to it. That might not be the best idea.

How do you find out if your children was left a heritance?

If the deceased person left a will and your child was named as a benficiary, the executor of the estate would have been required to notify everyone named in the will of the terms of that will. This would include your child, or possible you as the child's legal representative. If you believe your child should inherit because the deceased was a parent, but there was no will or your child was not named in a will, you would probably be best served by contacting legal aid in your area to ask what the process is in your jurisdiction for filing a claim against the estate in the probate court.

Your employer may also be allowed to charge a "fee" for their services, thereby bringing the amount deducted a little higher.

I believe you are asking for the custodial parent's address. That information is confidential (as is your address).

As this usually involve denial of court ordered access by the mother, this info is required in order to serve her with a motion to enforce. It may necessitate a subpoena served on child support enforcement to obtain the info.
