Hard to say. Depends on how customized it is. Many schools will send a letter to anyone that has taken the PSAT, SAT or even ACT. My daughters have letters, brochures and flyers from about 50 schools in the last two weeks. And they are only Sophomores, but they took the PSAT this year.
