When caps lock is on its lower casing your letters instead of capitalizing them?
You can Un caps lock it by pressing the caps lock once again .... Or if you keep it on caps lock you have to hold shift and then the letter you want and it will appear lower case

What is the problem when some of the keys of keyboard do not work and what is its solution?
Switch off the computer, unplug the keyboard, re-connect it and restart the computer. This may fix the problem.
If it doesn't then try connecting a different keyboard and see if it works. if it does, connect the apparently faulty keyboard to another computer and see if it works with that one.
If it doesn't, then someone may have either spilled some liquid onto the keyboard, and this is interfering with the keys sending signals to the computer, or something is stuck in there, such as a paperclip.
