The 3200 MHz ram cl11 is the fastest ram around at the moment. You won't see a notable difference bitween these and 1600 cl7 since cpus doesn't need such speeds right now, the best choice would be 1866 cl8 - only if you would use an amd apu's iGPU you will see notable difference between the 1866 and 3200 (on the gpu side, but on the cpu side there won't be any)
