There are not any rules for Confucianism, but it is very similar to Taoism, so the main things is to; Respect your elders, Don't try to move up the Social Ladder, and try to Meditate at least once a day.

They were both founded around the same time in China(in fact, the founders of both religions apparently knew one another). The difference between them is, Confucianism is all about man's relationship with his fellow man, while Taoism is all about man's relationship with nature.

Monotheistic, although Confucianism does not believe in God in the same way that other monotheistic religions such as Christianity or Sikhism do. Rather it sees Him more in the same way that a Deist would view Him.

Confucianism may have gotten its name from a man named Confucius, but he is not the founder. There is no founder of Confucianism. There are also no current leaders (such as the Catholic Pope). It is more like a moral code or way to live life than an organized religion (even though technically, it is a religion).

The Confucian God is Ti'en. However, Confucians worship Him more in the same way in which a Deist would, rather than a Christian or a Sikh would.

No. Confucianism focuses on the respecting of elders and obeying of those who are of higher importance to one. Taoism is based off of the theory of negative and positive qi, and how to channel it. They relate to each other very little.
