Yes and no. Depends on the availability of your area. Some stores can't because there is no vendor/manufacturer close enough. Some don't because it doesn't sell fast enough.

Unlike "wet" ice, dry ice will evaporate even when in a freezer so unless demand is high, some stores will opt to not carry it and worry about losing product.

Well, it depends. Like on the back of coupons or on tv adds, it may say 'at a participating ________ store', so, it may, because most do. And umm, hello- if its a SAM"S CLUB COUPON THEY EXCEPT IT AT SAMS CLUB, but if it is like a coke coupon- you can redeem those almost anywhere.

You do realize that many dates on fresh milk are a "best by" date, not an expiration. Stored properly, the milk could still be good for 5 days or more beyond that. If the milk still seems OK, you might try using it in cooking. Recipes like egg custard or rice pudding could work very well and might allow you to use it up before it goes bad.

I don't think they have any requirements, at least they didn't when I joined them a couple of years ago. Just have to fill out an application and pay the annual fee and you should be good to go.

You do have to be 18 though. And I think they require a photo ID, like a driver's license before they issue a card.
