When you see an enemy, throw the flashbang at him, then hide behind a wall, so you don't blind yourself. Then you cn easily take him out while he is blinded, completing the mission.

You need a picture that's 24 x 12 and a .BMP file, then save it in the air rivals folder, then whe you log on, go to the brigade window, click mark, and type in the name of the file WITH .bmp on the end. eg. brigadelogo.bmp

Healbot is an addon, which means it is third-party software. It is most often downloaded from a game or addon site like Curse, WoWInterface or the like.

If you are unsure, check if any of your online friends use addons, and where they get them.

You can also google "healbot addon" and find the download results.
