How do animals manage to live together without running out of foods?
All animals have their own niche. Animals eat different things so they don't have to compete. Birds, squirrels and bugs can all live together because they eat separate things. The bugs eat the tree and other little things on it, the squirrels eat nuts but lives in the tree, and the bird eats seeds, nuts and the bugs so that the bugs population is controlled. They all work together and so they can all live together without running out of food.
Actually most animals do have to compete and sometimes they do run out of food. This is called competition. Competition occurs naturally between living organisms which co-exist in the same environment. Animals also compete over water supplies, mates, and other biological resources.
Sometimes an animal population may increase so much food becomes scarce then some of the animals die.

What is a good cross country score?
A good score in a cross country race where you run 7 runners and score the top 5 is 15. 15 is also a perfect score which is only achieved if your top 5 runners finish in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th places.
It can vary greatly based on age, gender, terrain, and condition (athlete vs. non-athlete).

What is the average time it takes to run a five kilometers?
Average... for anyone? That's a very good question and one that's also difficult to determine.
However, I ran high school Cross Country this year, and I know about some of the athletes' times...For girls, those who run 5k between 15 and 20 minutes are some of the fastest. Other very good times range between 21 and 24 minutes. However, in Cross Country, the times for girls range from about 16 minutes to 35 minutes.Guys in high school cross country often run it somewhere between 16 minutes and 30 minutes.
However, there are much faster... such as Olympic athletes, getting times such as 14:16 (for women) and 12:37 (for men).
But the average person who doesn't run every day or is not in top shape is a different story.
I know this wasn't the perfect answer, but hopefully someone can add to it. I !Who is the Fastest cross country runner?
well... that all depends on the amount of energy, the course, and the feeling of the runner at that specific time. i race cross country and the winner for my jr high school is at a 5:40 mile... good but not the best. so no there is no specific fastest cross country runner.
For a 5k (3.1 miles), which is what high schoolers run the best time is 15:02. Evan Apple used to run at my school and he ran at a time of 15:10. He was 3rd in the nation.
Craig Lutz is the fastest high school cross country runner in the nation.
