All female crayfish have eggs inside them. However, she must be mature before they can be used. The female does need a male crayfish in order to have babies.
The antennules and antennae
It would be very difficult for a grizzly bear to eat a lobster. Most grizzly bears fish in rivers and creeks. I suppose a grizzly could wander near an ocean, but it would be very difficult for them to find a lobster that is a bottom-dweller. They also would be unsure how to open the lobster to get to the meat.
Another name for a crustacean is shellfish. Some examples of crustaceans are crabs, crayfish, lobsters, shrimp, krill, hermit crabs, and barnacles.
Crustaceans are covered with a thick exoskeleton and have a bilaterally symmetrical body. Crustaceans also have segmented bodies that include a head, a thorax, and an abdomen. The head and thorax are often joined together in a cephalothorax. The only appendage that all crustaceans have in common is two sets of antennae.
Uropods help the crayfish to accomplish the life process, movement. They also help steer the crayfish into the correct direction.
A snail is the animal that can hibernate or sleep for 3 years. Hibernating is one way a snail can live through very dry weather conditions.
Have a freshwater aquarium or some sort of freshwater aquarium and feed it plants, like lettuce or kale. Make sure to occasionally clean out it's home!
If it has eight legs, that makes your creature a spider not an insect. (Or a lobster or crab, but I am assuming you are not speaking of shellfish.)
Beyond that, more detail is needed regarding:
* size of spider (measurement and proportion of body, legs) * location (country/state, and specify basement, flower garden, etc) * behavior (movement, feeding, speed) * web (if any) * markings
I researched about that and found:
S. officinalis adriatica
The crawdad is in Phylum Arthropoda. This Phylum contains crayfish, lobsters, spiders, scorpions, and insects.
Chitinous teeth aid in food digestion by helping to further break down food to smaller particles.
