Ballet is an extremely hard art form, as is anything after you get past the beginner level. It has a lot to do with focus, flexibility, strength, perseverance, and discipline.
The physical aspects can either be the easiest for you or the hardest. People who are naturally flexible will have the time to focus on other things while people who don't bend as easily have to work on it. Also, sometimes parts of your body just won't bend the way you want them to. In my case, my hips are really tight and no matter what I do, my knees won't hyperextend.
There's also all of the strength that dancers work on; their feet, ankles, legs, arms, core. Almost everything has to be strong. But it isn't normal strength. It's a very specific strength that helps with balancing, executing moves correctly, and holding the correct posture at all times.
But sometimes the hardest thing is all the mental stuff; being able to work through the pain or discomfort to make yourself look relaxed and effortless. The difference between being a technically good dancer and a wonderful performer is all mental.
I hope this helps! And remember, despite how hard it seems, the joy of dancing will always pay off in the end.

Is sleep a non- locomotor movement yes or no?
i think the answer is yes........ because ur not going anywere right
The advances that have been made in our understanding of how soft tissue manipulation affects the structural and postural integration of the body and mind has grown wider in its scope than the earlier days when Rolfing was seen more as the only choice.
The more current approach to structural integration of the body and the mind follows more closely with the work of Fritz Perls, Ken Dychtwald, Wilhelm Reich, and Alexander Lowen.
To sum it all up as simply as possible, the type of massage/bodywork that will help you attain your greater range of motion for your turnout in ballet is the one that feels good to you and addresses your individual character, your unique personality. If it feels good to you when it is performed on you, then your body will understand it, will accept it; and will feel safe enough to allow the change. If the massage/bodywork does not feel good, then your body will resist and guard itself, thereby reducing your flexibility instead of enhancing it.
So my answer is: It does not matter what type of massage/bodywork you receive, whether it is Rolfing, Swedish, Thai, Acupressure, or other. What matters most is what makes your body feel good and feel happy when it is receiving it. That will get you your desired change in your turnout.

Men and boys can dance en pointe and sometimes do during practice for strength. They do not perform en pointe because it just doesn't look as graceful as a woman dancing en pointe. Men's feet are also shaped differently than women's feet, so it is more difficult for them.

At least five of the favorite dances are strung together to have the Surtido Boronganon. The music is similarly exciting and diverse. The tempo changes from lively and sprightly 2/4 music to lively Waray melodies in 3/4 time.
The dance can feature any of the following dances like the ever favorite Kuratsa Menor; the religious dance Gozos; Borongan's version of dove-dance, the Alimukon or Salampati; the wedding dance Melendres danced to the folksong Adios na Nanay ug Tatay; the Kuradang, the courtship dance Linggawen where women sway red scarves; the butterfly dance Ay, ay Alibangbang and the Boronganon quadrille or Ay! What supplies do you need if you're beginning to dance en pointe?
First of all you need pointe shoes. It's best to get them fit by a professional. Most dance shops sell pointe shoes and they have trained employees to help you out. If you have bunions it is a good idea to get spacer to put between your big toe. You also need some kind of padding. Ask the person fitting you. Bunheads has a lot of good solutions. You need ribbons and elastics. Again you can ask the person fitting you about how to sew them. Your dance instructor will teach you how to tie them. You should keep Band-Aids in your dance bag because you are going to get a lot of blisters! Have fun en pointe! Take it slow...
Can a white dinner jacket be worn to a banquet and a dance?
Yes, I believe so. Just as long as it's not 'trashy'. It still must be nice. I would suggest black pants to go along, and a black bow tie. You'll be the bell of the ball!
