What is the difference between relation and table in data base?
Table is where the data is stored and in a well designed schema a table represents some real world object such as CUSTOMER, ORDER, etc., Now the real world objects have relationships. For example, a CUSTOMER has many ORDERS. To represent this relationship a database relationship was invented.

What is a composite or bridge entity in database terms and when is it used?
it is an entity whose primary key is composed of the combination of the primary keys of the entities that must be linked. It is used in linking tables of the M:N relationship that needs to be converted into two 1:M relationship for your database
Alenka is not a web search engine. It is an open-source data-query program which is designed to work on NVidia (or NVidia-compatible) graphics processing units attached to a host running Microsoft Windows. It includes a query language similar to a subset of SQL, but it processes data stored in flat files, not a relational data base. Most importantly, it is designed to work in a very small amount of memory, so it processes data while it reads from a file and writes the result to another file.
It is not obvious (to me) what applications this might have. It may simply be a prototype or proof-of-concept. It would seem that the overhead of file I/O would negate any performance advantage offered by running queries on the GPU. However, if the concept were developed further, to operate directly on relational data base structures resident in the host's memory, it could become a powerful technique.
What is a database object that allows you to view or print formatted information but not enter data?
Database transaction
What are the two SQL server authentication methods?

Whether 100MB is considered a lot of data depends on the context. For basic text files or simple web browsing, it’s relatively small. However, for activities like streaming videos or downloading large files, 100MB can be consumed quickly. Overall, it’s a moderate amount that can be significant depending on the user's activities and data plan.

What is data and what are the different types of data available in the market?
Data is, basically, information. Armed with that knowledge, you can probably either answer your own second question or see how silly it is.
How is a many to many relationship modeled in an ER diagram?
When two entities can reference each other and each can contain multiple instances of the other, such a relationship is referred to as many-to-many. An example of such a relationship is a Book can contain several Authors while a given Author can write several Books. These type of relationships are modeled using an associative tables in databases.
Opportunity cost can be defined as the cost of any activity measured in terms of the value of the next best alternative foregone (that is not chosen). It is the sacrifice related to the second best choice available to someone, or group, who has picked among several choices. Opportunity Cost is a choice depends on what has to taken up. We can have an option of two or more options has Opportunity cost. Opportunity Cost is helpful when calculating the price and profit of choices.
Although opportunity costs are not generally considered by accountants-financial statements only include explicit costs, or actual outlays-they should be considered by managers. Most business owners do consider opportunity costs whenever they make a decision about which of two possible actions to take. Small businesses factor in opportunity costs when computing their operating expenses in order to provide a bid or estimate on the price of a job.
Can primary keys be foreign keys in the same table?
Yes. This is referred to as a self reference or circular relationshiop with just one Table. One classic example is an Employee table and some employees are managers and hence have child Employees.
| --- add (enqueue) ---> ... | --- remove (dequeue) ---> |
By definition, First-in-First-out is the primary characteristic of being a queue. For any given time, the position of adding an item, or enqueue, is always from the left (directions shown as above, but they are just abstraction), and deleting one, or dequeue, is always from the right. The derived property or attribute of a queue is the adding position is always >= deleting position
When the positions of these 2 fundamental operations are at the same position, the queue is EMPTY. And we know there is no way to be less than EMPTY of a queue, right?! Thus, insertion and deletion positions of the queue are NEVER interchanged.
If they could be interchanged, then the thing you have is just a container, not a specialized container to fulfill First-IN-First-OUT (QUEUE). (the ones in the container are not served as the order they came in)
What is sophisticated user in DBMS?

How does quickbase compare to other database solutions?
Quickbase is a fairly good. Although I recommend using something a little more professional. The upside is it's easy to use and it's very good for team projects.
