In most cases a guy who likes you but ignores you is unsure how to proceed. We as guys have a lot of different unseen rules that we have to follow to win the girl over that if we really like the girl, we might do that ignore thing for a while until we can figure out the best way to proceed. Do not take offense to it, and don't think its you. If the guy really likes you its kind of a compliment in a weird way, he is just trying to figure out how to go to the next step. check she is avalible + that none of your frends liked her before you cause that's pratically stealing theyr crush. and DONT NEVER! play hard to get.

be nice! ok, girls hate it when boys act like twa*s! it annoys us like hell. be nice to her and flatter her

be nice to her friends. your friends are basically in control of your life, if all her friends hate you, they will say stuff like "don't go out with HIM!" but if you are nice to them then they will encourage him/her to go out with you.

look nice, don't look like your copletley changing though cause she might hae liked you before. if you make an effort though, that will show you care :)
