What they are really sayng is that they don't want a relationship with you. or her. or that someone in particular. When they meet the right girl, ALL they will want is a relationship with that person. Sometimes they just plain dont want a relationship. if you were asking them if they wanted to get laid, it might be a different story... plus it depends on the guy.
