The Civil Rights Act of 1957 created the Division of Civil Rights of the Department of Justice - which handles all issues regarding voter discrimination. However, the division really didn't have much teeth until later Civil Rights Acts like the 1964 act.

Depends what kind of identity you share. They may be your racial group (shared physical appearance, usually), your ethnic group (shared cultural background and religion, usually), or people of your nationality (from the same country as you). In Psychology, people of your same approximate age and cultural situation are called your "cohort," and people who are in your same educational or professional group are called your "peers." Bad answers. No private party - like the two listed above - can do anything about ADA claims, and if you waste 180 days after the alleged discrimination before going to EEOC, you can never file a complaint.

If it is employment discrimination, complain internally before going to EEOC. If is is non-employment, contact the state human rights commission.

Since Blacks have not done anything to Repbulicans or any people , the reason has to be personal, one that is taught and learned. Hitler killed Jews, no one hates all Germans, Pontius Pilate killed Jesus, no one hates Romans, Americans bombed Japan, no one hates all Americans. How Repbulicans can call themselves Christains is amazing to me. Blacks as well as all people are creations of God. To mock God's creation would be a punishable offense as I see it, and those who call themselves the faithful should really be scared. I personally don't believe God would create a person or human for the sole purpose to be dehumanized, discriminated against or hated. Ignorance and the lack of a spiritual soul allowed these Repubicans to do what they do. As God destroyed the world with floods and fire, he will surely destroy those who seek to alienate is creations and worship money as their God.

No one has solved racial discrimination, nor can they. We have very effective statutes that suppress it.

1. Quantity discounts. This divides customers into bulk buyers and non-bulk buyers and hits people who cannot afford to buy enough to qualify for the quantity discount the hardest.

2. Location/affiliation discounts. Prices may vary based on 3rd party membership or someone's location. For instance, college students may pay less at the book store on campus than tourists, guests, and visitors of the college. Similar is done with employee discounts. So people who are "local" to the shop are rewarded while those on the "outside" have to pay more.

3. Price sensitivity discounts. This is the opposite of quantity discounts where the wealthier customers are targeted. Why do the corporate versions of Windows cost so much more? They are simply charging people what they can and will pay. It is in effect discrimination against wealthier customers.

4. Multiple brands of identical products and marketed to different populations with differing prices. Cigarettes are an example. Would it be fair if Newport's were priced higher than Marlboro's? Some would allege racism in that case.

5. Multiple prices per person. If you run a store with no printed prices on the items, you can tell any customer any price you want. So if you don't like certain people, you could theoretically charge them more.

6. Discrimination by product. If people of a race you don't like use certain products that other people tend not to use, you could charge more for those products. Hair products are an example of this. If a relaxer kit was twice the price of a perm kit, what would that tell you? Probably that the owners are racists.

The first three are considered common and acceptable practices. Item four is done to an extent. The last two are not acceptable but do happen on occasion.

Well in fact they could its only that the citizens won't listen and agree because is already a habit but if they do agree and listen its a good thing.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no... it depends, like the civil war for instance. that wasn't because of prejudice, but the holocaust... yes it was. If you don't know what the holocaust is then get reading because I'm not about to explain!

That is an impossible question to answer. Each country has it's own culture and norms that may differ greatly from another. It is often due to misunderstandings that mistakes are made in the behavioral etiquette's that may lead someone of another country to believe that rudeness is deliberate. For example, many parts of Europe, whistling during a performance is seen as rude, while Americans consider it a great compliment.
