Jasmine figure out that its Aladdin. Aladdin lies and says he has always been a prince. Things seem to be going well until Jaffar steals the lamp and wishes to be the most powerful wizard in all the world. This of course doesn't go over well. Jaffar is taking control of everything, and he and Aladdin have a huge battle. Jaffar realizes that the Genie will still always have more power than him, so Jaffar wishes to be a genie too. This leads to Jaffar's down fall because what he doesn't realize is that he is forced to a life of servitude to whoever rubs his lamp. They Ship Jaffar (and his lamp) far away. Aladdin uses a wish to set Genie, now a good friend of his, free. and ends up being engaged to Jasmine. What a happy ending :]
