Labradors are all one color and test to be a little smaller than German Shepherds. Shepherds tend to have a longer thinner face than Labradors and their cost is all different types of brown. The Shepherd has a different body structure when it comes the the back legs. The back legs are shorter than the front in Shepherds, where they are the same length in Labs.

A female dog normally bleeds a little bit at the beginning of her heat cycle, then the bleeding normally stops. Doesn't make any difference if she becomes pregnant or not. A heat cycle normally lasts 2-3 weeks and happens approximately every 6 months. The best thing you could do for your dog is to spay her. She will live a longer and healthier life. This will cut down the risks of cancer such as mammary cancer, uterine infections, perianal tumors and the list goes on. She will be the same dog as before, just no more heat periods. Talk to your Veterinarian about this.
