it could be anywhere from 5-12 feet big after six months
some dobermans grow to be about the size of a lawn chair ( tall) and others are just a little bit smaller than a great dane!!! i should know... i have 3 dobermans
Dobermans are dogs, so they live in the same habitat as humans do -- which is everywhere on Earth.
If a dobermans ears are pointy it means the dog has has surgery (cropping) done for their ears to stand and be pointy. A doberman is born with floppy ears and a long tail, but often get surgery to stand the ears and make the tail short.
They do it when they feel threatened, or when they're about to snap at you.
About a year or so. BEWARE. They grow fast! You aren't going to have a puppy for long! :)
I have more info. about where you can get doberman puppies. that is where the whole family buys them. (MY family has always "cherished" doberman. Good luck!)
Dobermans are very hyperactive. They are very protective over their family and suspisious of strangers. They normally attach themselves to one purticular person as their number one person. They are great family pets, but they can become toritorial. They are one of the most brilliant dog breeds. For more information on Dobermans and other dog breed go to the following site... http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/doberman.htm
Both are gorgeous breeds, but I prefer the heavier breed, so Rottweiler for me.
shower every day!, make sure your hair is not greasy, where nice cloths like black sweater type shirts, or just black-every guy looks good in black, always smell nice!, get some nice clonge, not cheap stuff, if you want to smell good you might need to spend some money!!, next you need to ask a girl for help...on how to do your hair, girls always know best, if a girl ever suggest something to do about your looks...listen to them!!
The Doberman was developed to protect the guy who created Dobermans (Mr.Doberman) It's simply a guard dog.Mr.Doberman ...well,back then he had to go around town carrying money,& taxes & stuff. So he created the Doberman to protect him & don't make strangers steel the money & taxes. But since we now can get money & taxes EASIER these days some of the aggresion has been bred out of it.But it still struggles with it's aggresion. So now these days it's just a guard dog.
Yes they are smart. The Rottweiler is a natural guard dog with a mellow disposition who is successful not only in police, military, and customs work, but also as a family friend and protector.
It really depends on what you prefer. Females are smaller and typically less energetic and more careful around children. The males are larger and tend to be more active, getting excited a little easier. Both are great family dogs and very loyal. Of course you must watch them with children as with any breed of dog, mostly because they like to lean on people and will knock small children over or the elderly.
This is a very good idea that will prevent diseases such as testicular cancer and hyper-sexuality. Most dogs are neutered at around six months of age, though your veterinarian will advise you on the best age to neuter your individual dog.
22-32
I have a 16 yer old Doberman named Oliver who is headed toward 17 now...
The Doberman's biteforce can range anywhere from 200 to 400 psi.
A Doberman has a biteforce similar to that of a rottweiler since they come from them, it is about 600 lbs of bite force combined with its razor sharp teeth and speed.... i will pass on trying to outrun one!.
The only recognized colors for a purebred doberman are black and tan, red and rust, fawn and rust or blue and rust. White dobermans do not exist. They are albino and it is an undesirable gene mutation as it can cause several problems for the dog including skin cancers and blindness which can lead to agressiveness towards all people and animals around it and premature death
If you mean as in give birth to a schnauzer, then no. Even if you bred the min. pin. to a schnauzer, the babies would be mixed breed and would not be classified as a pure breed schnauzer.
If you mean as a friend, then yes, as long as they are introduced properly.
