If a dog comes on your property and your dog attacks it are you responsible?
Yes, unless the other dog has an owner and the owner said that it was his fault. If its a stray dog just take it to the vet and tell them what happened, you shouldn't get in trouble unless the other dog has an owner and decides to press charges against you.
How do you stop a dog from eating a bee?
Don't know about "supposed" to...
The wild ancestors of domesticated dogs are unlikely to get hold of any amounts of honey, so it's a non-issue for them. But there's nothing particularly dangerous in honey, specially not in small amounts. But if your dog has finished off a whole jar I suggest you call a vet just in case.

They should not be executed if its for self defense. It's the behavior of the owner not the dog. The dog should not be punished. The owner of the dog should be punished because, it is not right for they owner to mistreat, beat, or anything to the dog.
Why does your dog pee on its leg?
Dogs will urinate when they're scared as well as when they're excited. Human contact may be appreciated so much that the dog literally can't contain itelf. If that's the case, the dog needs more attention. Enough so that it becomes accustomed to having the contact and the excitement levels drop.
Why do dogs sleep all the time?
Dogs tend to sleep a lot because they have nothing else to do, similar to a person being stuck in an apartment all day and ending up taking three naps. Dogs who are exercised throughout the day, like working dogs, generally only sleep overnight.
Where do you get the cheapest dog crates?
Dog crates can be purchased at pet stores. PetSmart and PetCo are an example of stores that carry dog crates. If you worried about spending too much, local want ads in papers and craigslist offer used dog crates at a less cost.
LITTERS ARE THE PUPPIES OR KITTENS THAT DOGS AND CATS HAVE It depends on when you want to start birthing the litters and end them. If you want to birth them for 3 years, they can have 6 litters. Dogs only come into heat 2 times a year, so they wont have many. You shouldn't breed your dog the first heat, or let them birth puppies after the 3rd year. If you fail to do this, it could cause premature babies and health problems (back and hip problems) in the mother dog and can result in death.
Why do female dogs roll over male dog poops?
Don't dogs do some of the strangest things? Rolling in feces, though, is really very common. Possibly a dog's ancient instinct to mask his scent, which would then enable the animal to sneak up on their prey without detection. Even if your dog does not hunt, she may not like the way that she smells-especially if you've just given her a bath! Or she just likes the smell of the feces.
But since the smell of poop is not as pleasing to your family as it is to your dog, I have a few suggestions:
1) You might keep her on a leash so that she can't roll in other dog's poop.
2) Pick up her poop up in the yard as soon as she does it.
3) You could also try pairing something unpleasant with her actions of rolling in poop, such as squirting her with a water bottle. OR a blast from one of those personal safety device airhorns (your neighbors might not appreciate this). OR get a citronella spraying collar with a remote spray capability. Dogs strongly dislike the smell of citronella, and this spray comes from the collar, under their chin and up toward their nose.
How can you tell your dog is ready to deliver?
When they are in estrus or in heat. Cows and ewes often act in a similar when they are in need of a partner to mate with; they are more vocal, more mobile and ride other herdmates or vice versa. If you have a bull or ram in with the cows or ewes, respectively, the bull or ram will follow the cow or ewe and court her by nuzzling her flanks and licking her clitoris, and will often do a flehmen response when she urinates. When she reaches standing heat, she will let the male mount her and inseminate her.
When mating dogs should the male go to the female or the female to the male?
Female to the male. They've told me the female doesn't really prefare being with a stranger dog that is trying to do it with her than her family...
But usually the male goes to the female if they know the female is in season
How many babies can a female dog have?
I've heard of litters of up to 15 puppies in some breeds. The number of pups in a litter will vary depending on different factors: the breed, how tightly bred the litter is, health of the female, sperm count of the male, etc. Small dogs will produce smaller litters than large dogs.
If dogs dont get stuck together can they have puppies?
It all depends on the male dog. Even if they get stuck they might not have puppies. But it would be better to contact you local vet just to be sure.
I would say anxiety and confusion over pack hierarchy. What breed of dog is it and are you meeting it's excercise needs? The right amount of focused excercise is one of the best ways to start out handling many different issues.
Why does a dog butt you with their nose?
My dog frequently pushes me and other people whom he likes with his nose, it appears to be a sign of love or affection and that he is at ease with this person. He will never do this if he is unsure or a bit uncomfortable around someone. He will also do this when I am sitting next to him and reading, in this case he will push the book or magazine as if he wants my attention.
What happens if a females dog breed with two males?
You can get two litters in one. My studs misses ones two different sizes.
im not sure why but they all eat some kind of paper it won`t kill them but try to not let them
ANSWER:
They will eat tissues if you have used them, or even previously touched them because they are attracted to your scent. They will tear up (and sometimes eat) dryer sheets because they are made with lanolin (sheep skin oils), which also attracts them. An occasional lump of tissue will probably not harm them, but dryer sheets will, so make sure they don't swallow any of those.
Can you put pads on female dogs for their period?
It is not the same as in human females. Female dogs at around the ages of 6-10 months will start their first heat cycles. This is when they are ovulating and can get pregnant. This normally lasts about 2-3 weeks. The heat cycles normally occur every 6 months. Humans are not ovulating during a period but shedding out the excess uterine lining, totally different thing.
If you clean up dog urine or dog poop can it hurt your baby while you are pregnant?
I'm not sure about dogs but I know cats can cause birth defects. Call your doctor and vet!
*I've never heard anything about dog poop, but i have about cats, not the poop per say but the litter. It has something to do with whats in the litter not the poop. Another thing you should never ever handle when pregnant is rogain, that can cause birth defects for sure. I believe that you're looking for information on Toxoplasmosis is an infection that can threaten the health of an unborn child. It is caused by a parasite called Toxoplasma gondii. The parasite multiplies in the intestine of cats and is shed in cat feces, mainly into litter boxes and garden soil. You can get the parasite by handling cat litter or soil where there is cat feces. You can also get the parasite from eating undercooked meat (such as rare beef) from animals infected with the parasite. But just like the first poster said its always a good idea to talk to your family doctor.
The most resonable guess I have is that because the metal used for most jewelry is sweet tasting, some dogs like it. {this might sound gross} Try licking it yourself, how does it taste? It underlines the same principle for horses, some have copper bits which tastes very sweet to them. Metal bits do too just not as much.{but, you should'ent let your dog lick your jewel though.} another reason might be because of the presperation on the jewelry. Dogs love salt, and presperation is very salty. {don't give him salt on purpose though!} hope this was helpful!!!!!!!!
