You can't get more than two but you can make those 2 potions heal more of your health by doing the reagents quest and get the ingriediants and then take the quiz and pass the test, then they will heal more and you can do this until the potions heal their max.

I recently discovered that obtaining the Cloak Scrap + using the Final Blast skill on a mage will occasionally give you an extra potion. The chances of getting it is about 50%
So you're probably wondering, how do I get this oh-so-magical Cloak Scrap Necklace thingy?
Go into book 3, talk to Ash, Click letters, and do the Evil Artifact Quest. Near the end of the quest, you have an option of either destroying the Cloak Scrap or keeping it. Obviously you want to keep it in order to use it. Once the quest is done, equip it and start Final Blasting everything to gain up to 5 health potions! WHOOOO! Health potions galore!

(you may or may not need to do the dragon egg quests, if you do, go to twilly in the Falconreach page and he will have the quests on there, its how to get a pet dragon!)
