Dragons

'Darakina' is actually my sister's name. She is the creator of all evil and is my eternal archenemy. Towards humans, it really has no meaning- except as a name. Towards us dragons, it means two basic things: 'Dark Kin' & 'Dark Queen'.

A fearsome creature with glittering scales, giant wings, and a phenomenal fiery breath , green with long claws and sharp teeth.
They are basically large lizards, usually with bright colored scales and wings, though there are several species that don't have wings. They also love to hoard treasure.

The 'Last Spike Ceremony' takes place at the end of completing a railroad. This has happened many times as there have been many railroads constructed. The ceremony involves driving a gold plated rail spike in the last tie of the road. (A gold spike wouldn't do as gold is too soft a metal.)

Well, there are quite a number of people who know things about Chinese Dragons, but compared to the roughly six billion people in the world, that's not a lot. Do some research.

A Western dragon is usually portrayed as a fiercer, and more aggressive dragon, i.e. the kinds who eat fair maidens and children. They also have those leathery wing-type things and are usually on 2 or 4 legs.

Eastern dragons are portrayed as wise, gentle creatures who are very helpful and nice, unlike the mindless cruel Western brutes. They usually do not have wings of any sort, but can still fly. They are very long and snake-like, while a Western dragon is more like a lizard sort of creature. They also have multiple legs, much more than 4. Some Eastern dragons also are drawn encircling a pearl, or having a pearl in its mouth. Finally, Eastern dragons usually have a feathery or furry "mane", and are usually bright shades of green, red, orange, yellow, blue, and others, compared to the Western dragon's dark greens, grays, blacks, and reds.

Well acording to many dragonolagey books and many peoples point of view the Dragons would have been created at the begening of the earth along with every thing els yet it is unknown wether they have died out because no bones or everdence shows that a Dragon has died, one of the reasons for this may be that Dragons live for Avery long time and there bones and flesh and other enturnals (ensides) decompose ( Rot away) very fast.

The Chinese Water Dragon also eats a large and varied amount of foods. Chicken, prawns, beef, moths, insects, egg the list is endless. They will eat what they fancy.

Of course you need to make sure that you vary the diet otherwise vitamin deficiency will occur.

There was a welsh dragon (red) that fought an English dragon (white) but the welsh dragon won and Wales was aloud to use a red dragon for the flag.

Whitby Wyrm, a dragonlike serpent that has inspired much art such as posters, T-shirts etc. The story goes that during the building of the Whitby Abbey the great fire-breathing Wyrm was disturbed from his slumber in the mountain. He attempted to destroy the town but was banished into the sea. Every seven years he returns at full moon to attempt to drag the abbey into the sea by clawing away at the cliff on which it stands.

Of course they can. In fact, it's quite common in dragon populations. How common, I'm not sure. However, unlike humans, a majority of them aren't overweight. Dragons tend to eat huge amounts of food, and lots of them are very lazy. Most dragons realize that they need to move around and they only eat once a day, and, though a huge meal, stay normal. However, some eat constantly, or only move to get food, or both. Some don't even do that, and are just fed by something else, or boss others into getting food for it. As a result, they gain weight, and thus, get fat. Unlike humans, dragons that are fat aren't upset about it. In fact, they're usually happy about their extara weight. They think their lucky to be able to eat so well, compared to some other animals. Dragons are biologicly built like every other being. They eat too much, they get fat. They eat the right amount, they don't.

It depends on which Pippin you are speaking of. It could be any Pippin in the world! Please, next time be a bit more specific. Since you said it has an owner, I can only assume that you refer to Pippin the dog from Dragon Slippers, by Jessica Day George. If that is who you speak of, "Poor Pippin's", as Creel playfully calls him, owner would then be Princess Amalia of Roulain.

Actually this is not entirely true. Recently Dr. Off held a press conference about said dragon carcass. He was quoted saying that only parts of the dragon have been discovered, and not the entire body. The remains are far from intact due to millions of years of decay, therefore it is difficult to tell just what exactly has been found. Dr. Off believesthat the remains he and his team have found are the reproductive organs (or what some might call a dick, schlong, Johnson, cock, shaft, rod, crotch, snake, wang, willie, pecker, wood, Mr. Happy, or Dr. Feel Good to name a few) of a purple male dragon code named Spyro. More updates will be available as Dr. Off and his team continue to learn about the prehistoric creature.

Most likely he refers to some beings that don't have the hard scaly skin that dragons do. In most cases, humans.

In the past, virtually every culture in the world believed in dragons. Nowadays, you would be hard-pressed to find a believer. Most likely, Christians will be dragon-believers, because one is very clearly described by God in the book of Job and Satan was represented as a dragon in the book of Revelation. I myself am a believer, because I had a personal encounter with one of the smaller members of the legendary race...
