How do you stretch your earring holes?
Go to your piercer and ask him/her for a taper. If they do not have one available, they should be able to point you in the direction of where you can get one. A taper allows you to stretch your ear to the desired gauge. Stretching needs to be done slowly, you should only stretch to a new gauge about every 1-2 months to allow your ear to recover from the last round of stretching. After you get the taper, slowly insert the smaller end of the taper into your piercing, then your ear stretches as the wider end is fed through. Do not skip gauges as it is not good for your ear and can potentially pose problems. Good luck!

What if your earring hole gets infected?
When I had this happen, I used a bandaid to tape two cotton balls soaked in hydrogen peroxide on either side of the earlobe overnight. By morning it was better. Then I used Neosporin for a couple days and everything was fine. The only problemwith the hydrogen peroxide is that it makes that bubbling sound in your ear all night long but it's worth it.

You're completely wrong, however here's the right facts towards body piercings.
The first mistake you had was getting pierced with a gun, or very low grade jewelry since the "green at the back" is the metal tarnishing because of it's low quality. Earlobes take 6 weeks to heal, however you don't want the tarnish to get into your fresh hole still.
I would say change it, it's not recommended in any professional sense to change jewelry early, but it definitly has to go if it's causing that.
