Your ears feel like they need to pop like when flying but unable to do so?

That feeling comes from unequal air pressure between the external ear canal and the middle ear. It is normally relieved, or equalized, by action of muscles that open the eustachian tube, a channel that runs from the back of the throat to the middle ear. Some people have the knack of "popping" their ears; others don't, and it's a difficult knack to teach. Fortunately, there's a trick that works for most people. The muscles that open the eustachian tube are attached to the soft palate (on the roof of the mouth). Those muscles go into action when we chew. For that reason, chewing a piece of gum will eventually result in the contraction of those critical muscles, and the ears will "pop." (Why chew gum? Because the chewing can be continuous without our having to replenish what is being chewed.) If you are in a pressurized cabin or the elevator of a tall office building, the difference in air pressure will be small, and as long as there is no pain, no harm will result if you wait until you return to lower levels, when the pressures will again be equal, and the need to "pop" your ears will disappear. If your ears do "pop" at high altitudes, then you may have to re-pop them when you return to lower levels.

How long can you take out your nipple piercing before hole closes?

This varies from person to person and also how long you have had the piercing. Never remove a piercing for more than a few minutes if it is less than a year and a half to two years old, simply as a precaution.

If it is old enough, the best way to check is to remove your piercing in the morning when you get up and periodically (every four hours) slip the jewelry back in and see if it's stiff or still loose. If it stays loose throughout the entire day add an hour or two to how long the jewelry is out.

If you can go 16 or more hours without it getting stiff I would then leave it out overnight (your body heals better at night when you are resting) and try to put it in first thing in the morning.

If it's stiff then you know what you should not leave it out overnight, but during the day. This is the best way I can think to do this as it works VERY well for new (but old enough) piercings and stretched piercings.

Why does it feel like you have water in your ears when tilting head right and left?

You may well have water in your ears if you had a shower and washed your hair, or, it could be wax build-up and you should see your doctor to removed the wax. A good tip: After washing your hair and you start to blow-dry it, put the blow dryer on low/warm and let the warm air rush into each ear for a few seconds. This dries up any moisture that may have gotten into the ear and it will also melt ear wax.

I believe they are Alex Woo from the Narissa collection here is a little about the collection:

A new and luxurious pave addition to the Narissa collection sparkles with elegant streams of diamonds for exquisite glamour. Inspired by the weightless movement of the ocean, the quiet strength of the tide, and the sparkling reflection of the sun off smooth water, these earrings capture the natural splendor of the ocean through Narissa, "daughter of the sea." In Greek mythology, Narissa was among the Nereids, beautiful and prophetic women that helped sailors fight dangerous storms. Each earring measures approximately 1 5/8" wide by 2" tall.
