Elvis Presley changed music history all together. The music your hearing today wouldntve been around if it wasnt for Elvis. He paved the way for every other rock n roller after him. Through his music, stage presence, style, dances, good looks, charmer, fashion etc he became a historical popular culture icon.

Before Elvis on TV there was all boring, musicals that only appealed to the adults. Well Elvis produced music that would make you dance and for teenagers! He went out on stage, yelled, sung with sex charm and danced and performed like no other. And no other white man did that before Elvis. All of the old people we're outraged but Elvis said to hell with them im gonna do what makes me and my fans happy. And the people began starting to love and respect Elvis which influenced an enormous amount of musicians such as the rolling stone, the beatles, elton john, Michael Jackson, the who, abba, ac/dc you name it after Elvis, they were influenced by him! Which then started more artists to influence.

Elvis Presley pioneered rock n roll, he put rhythm and blues mixed with country in his own deverse style of voice which formed rock n roll and after that formed pop and metal and rap and a whole new breed of musicians and music came about. He started a musical revolution that is seen as very under-rated today. Though his image is over-rated.

According to these reports, as an example, one person many have "ten minutes of Elvis onstage in 1970" without sound. However the most impressive and preplexing comprehensive collection unreleased belongs to an Elvis Presley Historian and Collector in the US named Jeff (or Jeffrey) Schrembs. Mr. Jeff (Jeffrey) Schrembs is a World renowned Elvis Presley Collector, and Elvis Presley Expert, who began collecting anything/everything Elvis related dating back to Elvis' youth. He is one of the most respected Elvis Presley Collectors in the World and has shared so much with Elvis Fans Worldwide.

For decades collectors have tried to purchase his photographic collection, stated to be at 100,000 cataloged inidivudual photos, and all have been respectfully refused. In every known statement, including those in his various Elvis Presley Websites (which are among the most respected in the World), he is adamant about being an Elvis Presley Advocate and about helping Charities and about helping Elvis Fans along with supporting the Memphis Mafia. His collection stated to be based upon years and years of efforts is "priceless" according to him and not for sale.

Elvis Presley was influenced by a number of artists that exceeds well into the hundreds that have been said by fellow friends and family of Elvis in his younger days. He was mainly influenced by the country and western performers he saw live and also the rhythm and blues he would hear when visiting downtown memphis. He would also attend church and was influenced by alot of music there. He also was hugely influenced by gospel singers which triggered his base tempo style of voice in his later years.

Elvis admired all walks of music, so he mixed all these genres together and created his own unique sound which began his own style; rock n roll.

The western movie Flaming Star was released by 20th Century Fox in December 1960. Although Elvis Presley recorded a wonderful title song there were too few songs from this movie to produce a soundtrack album.

In 1961, in response to public requests (and to stop a bootleg version of the title song as reported in Variety Nov. 18/1960), an extended 45rpm single was released in a picture sleeve containing "Flaming Star" and a song that was deleted from the movie, "Summer Kisses Winter Tears" on side one. Two more very popular Elvis songs "Are You Lonesome Tonight" and "Its Now or Never" were on side two.

RCA released an album titled "Flaming Star" on their budget label in 1969. The album cover featured a portrait of Elvis in a western hat and outfit and contains the title song but none of the other songs on this album are from the movie soundtrack.
