What is the reward for fasting the recommended days in Shawwal?
Answer:
There are no specific days of Shawwal. The Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him) used to fast more in Shawwal than any other month (other than Ramadhan, of course). This was in preparation for Ramadhan. But there are no specific days.
From the Sunnah (way) of Muhammad (peace be upon him) was:
Fasting three days in the middle of the lunar month (the 13th, 14th and 15th), as well as fasting on Mondays, and Thursdays. He discouraged fasting on Fridays (as a continual habit) without also adding either Thursday, or Saturday. That is simply because he did not want people to start inventing a practice of fasting on the day of congregational prayers. That would be a change to the religion.

What can you do to strengthen your emaan?
There are many things which make our îmân stronger and make us relish the flavor of it.
some of them:
1. To have good morals,
2. To remember Allahu ta'âlâ all the time,
3. To have ikhlâs,
4. To be generous,
5. To be subjected to many great troubles beyond one's control (for a pious person),
6. To abstain from harâms,
7. To fear falling into disbelief very much,
8. To love whom you love for the sake of Allah; not to love whom you do not love for the sake of Allah,
9. To be pious,
10. To attach much importance to namâz.
Some hadîth-i sharîfs on this issue are as follows:
(Reading the Qur'ân and remembering (dhikr) Allah strengthen îmân.) [Daylamî]
(He who does not fear anybody's condemnation in conduct he does for the sake of Allah, who does his deeds with ikhlâs, and who prefers a deed relating to the next world over a deed relating to this world has a strong îmân.) [Daylamî]
(The severest adversity is inflicted upon the prophets, awliyâ and the like. A person undergoes troubles to a degree depending on the strength of his îmân. If his îmân is firm, his troubles will be severer; but if his îmân is weak, then they will be less severe.) [Tirmudhî]
(The îmân of a generous Muslim is strong.) [Daylamî]
(He who does not look at harâms because of his fear of Allah gets the taste of îmân.) [Tabarânî, Hâkim]
(Three things intensify the flavor of îmân: loving Allah and His Prophet more than everything else; loving for the sake of Allah a Muslim who does not love you; and not loving the enemies of Allah.) [Tabarânî]
(He who feels happy upon doing goodness and who feels sorry upon committing a sin has îmân.) [Tabarânî]
One who repeats the following prayer often during the mornings and evenings is protected from disbelief and one's îmân strengthens:
(Allâhumma inni a'ûdhu bika min an-ushrika bika shay-an WA ana a'lamu WA astaghfiru-ka li-mâ lâ-a'lamu innaka anta 'allâmul-guyûb.) [I. Ahmad]

Which is Islamic sect who hijacked Islam?
Islam is the religion and guidance provided to human beings by Almighty Allah. It can't be hijacked. There are millions of Muslims in the world. The efforts of the last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and his holy Companions (RAU) were not meant to be hijacked by any sect. Though the Jews and certain groups of enemies of Islam started hatching conspiracies against Islam even during the reign of First Rashidoon Caliph Hazrat Abu Bakr RAU. The first three Rashidoon Caliphs established the Muslim Empire, yet during the last days of Hazrat Usman rau the Jews and some Khawarjis of Kufa rebelled against the Caliph and martyred him. It was then that a new sect came into being during the reign of fourth Rashidoon Caliph Hazrat Ali rau. It was much later that the beliefs of this new sect were formed under the name of Shiaism. No such sect existed during the reign of first four Rashidoon Caliphs. All the books containing the beliefs of Shiaism were written much later than the death of Hazrat Ali rau.
Is it musthib to read auzubillah silently in namaz?
You can, I mean I don't know if it's musthib or not but you can. Some sheikhs, when coming to read say it out loud others say it to themselves in a whisper.
Sana-Praise to Almighty Allah and Tauwaz are recited in a whisper and Sura Fatiha is read aloud by the Imam. While offering prayer alone, whole Namaz is offered in whisper. However, if you are at some lonely place, you may recite Fatiha aloud in Fajr, Maghrib and Isha prayers.
Is it true that Allah grants you all of your wishes before you die?
I don't know if that is necessarily true but this is what I know. To a Muslim, this life is like prison and paradise to us is freedom. To us Muslims this life we live right now is a test. If we pass we go on to Paradise and if we don't we go to the Hell Fire. For a Non-Muslim this life is Paradise but the after-life for them is Prison.
