Honestly, this stuff is hard to find in China. The online translations are all wrong and people will all think you mean baking powder. I couldn't find it anywhere except at some random little dingy super market. Came in a package that looked like flour. Said "Sodium Bicarbonate" on it. Don't even bother translating that.
