Well, 'Mianhae' or '미안해' is the casual way of saying sorry and 'Mianhaeyo' or '미안해요' is the semi-casual way.

없어 It means none, nope, don't have, no.

It really just depends on the context.

If you're a boy talking to an older girl, you call her 누나 (noona)

If you're a girl (etc.), you call her 언니 (onni)

In either gender if they're younger generally you would just call them by their name.
