Actually, none of the above contain high levels of estrogen which is usable in humans. They contain phytoestrogens, which are estrogen-like chemicals found in plants. Phytoestrogens can be converted to estrogens in a lab, but not in the human body, since humans lack the necessary enzymes to do the conversion.
Estrogen is produced in the ovaries, primarily the theca (wall) of developing follicles in the ovary, though also to a lesser extent the corpus luteum (remaining outer 'shell' which previously contained an egg) and, during certain stages of pregnancy, the placenta.
Some estrogens are produced in smaller quantities by liver, adrenal glands and the breasts. These secondary sources of estrogens are especially important in postmenopausal women. Fat cells produce estrogen as well.

Several hormones are involved in the female menstrual cycle, the ovaries produces oestrogen which causes changes at puberty and helps control the menstrual cycle, and stimulates production of LH.
Which hormone stimulates the corpus luteum to produce progesterone and estrogen?
Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
How does estrogen out the uterus?
Estrogen is probably the most widely known and discussed of all hormones. The term "estrogen" actually refers to any of a group of chemically similar hormones; estrogenic hormones are sometimes mistakenly referred to as exclusively female hormones when in fact both men and women produce them. However, the role estrogen plays in men is not entirely clear.
Do breasts shrinik after stop estrogen?
with diet and exercise, yes they can but only to a certain degree according to your genetic makeup. a woman's breast is made up of about 15-25 milk-producing sacs called milk glands, which are connected to milk ducts that converge inside the nipple.
The remainder of the internal breast is composed of fatty tissue and fibrous connective tissues that bind the breast together and give it shape.
What happens if not enough oestrogen is produced?

Menopause is a term used to describe the permanent cessation of the primary functions of the human ovaries: the ripening and release of ova and the release of hormones that cause both the creation of the uterine lining and the subsequent shedding of the uterine lining (a.k.a. the menses). Menopause typically (but not always) occurs in women in midlife, during their late 40s or early 50s, and signals the end of the fertile phase of a woman's life.
The transition from reproductive to non-reproductive is the result of a major reduction in female hormonal production by the ovaries. This transition is normally not sudden or abrupt, tends to occur over a period of years, and is a natural consequence of aging. However, for some women, the accompanying signs and effects that can occur during the menopause transition years can significantly disrupt their daily activities and their sense of well-being. In addition, women who have some sort of functional disorder affecting the reproductive system (i.e. endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, cancer of the reproductive organs) can go into menopause at a younger age than the normal timeframe; the functional disorders often significantly speed up the menopausal process and create more significant health problems, both physical and emotional, for the affected woman.
The word "menopause" literally means the "end of monthly cycles" from the Greek word pausis (cessation) and the root men- (month), because the word "menopause" was created to describe this change in human females, where the end of fertility is traditionally indicated by the permanent stopping of monthly menstruation or menses. However, menopause also exists in some other animals, many of which do not have monthly menstruation[1]; in this case, the term is synonymous with "end of fertility".
The date of menopause in human females is formally medically defined as the time of the last menstrual period (or menstrual flow of any amount, however small), in those women who have not had a hysterectomy. Women who have their uterus removed but retain their ovaries do not immediately go into menopause, even though their periods cease. Adult women who have their ovaries removed however, go immediately into surgical menopause, no matter how young they are.
Menopause is an unavoidable change that every woman will experience, assuming she reaches middle age and beyond. It is helpful if women are able to learn what to expect and what options are available to assist the transition, if that becomes necessary. Menopause has a wide starting range, but can usually be expected in the age range of 42-58 (Bucher, et al. 1930). An early menopause can be related to cigarette smoking, higher body mass index, racial/ethnic factors, illnesses, chemotherapy, radiation and the surgical removal of the uterus and/or both ovaries (Bucher, et al. 1930).
Menopause can be officially declared (in an adult woman who is not pregnant, is not lactating, and who has an intact uterus) when there has been amenorrhea (absence of any menstruation) for one complete year. However, there are many signs and effects that lead up to this point, many of which may extend well beyond it too. These include: irregular menses, vasomotor instability (hot flashes and night sweats), atrophy of genitourinary tissue, increased stress, breast tenderness, vaginal dryness, forgetfulness, mood changes, and in certain cases osteoporosis and/ or heart disease (Bucher, et al., 1931). These effects are related to the hormonal changes a woman's body is going through, and they affect each woman to a different extent. The only sign or effect that all women universally have in common is that by the end of the menopause transition every woman will have a complete cessation of mense

What food does not have estrogen?
Not sure if you have already found your answer, but I have a list of foods which apparently do not contain estrogen, or are estrogen inhibitors. I've been following an estrogen lowering diet to reduce a uterine fibroid. I believe it is working, as the fibroid clearly shrinks when I'm following the diet properly. You may find discrepancies on other web sites with regards to some of these foods, but it can't hurt to give it a shot. Do your best to buy organic, as pesticides are another issue, as I'm sure you already know. Consider looking into a diet called Macrobiotics while still avoiding estrogen enhancing foods. Macrobiotics encourages the consumption of whole foods and the elimination of processed foods, caffeine, alcohol etc... Here is a web site for more information:
http://macrobiotics.co.uk/foodlist.htm. My father had something called toxic chemical overload. He followed the Macrobiotic diet and was as good as new.
Here's the list and good luck to your mother:
Almonds
Berries
Broccoli
Buckwheat
Cabbage
Citrus Foods
Corn
Figs
Fruits (except apples, cherries, dates, pomegranates)
Grapes
Green beans
Melons
Millet
Onions
Pears
Pineapples
Squashes
Tapioca
White rice
My mother has breast cancer, and she is not allowed to eat any food that has estrogen. So far all she has been eating a lot of is blueberries and broccoli, oranges, banana and fish. She does not eat peas, chicken or any acidic food.
I'm trying to figure out other food that she is allowed to eat as well that does not CONTAIN ESTROGEN.
What secretes estrogen and progesterone to maintain the pregnancy?

How does estrogen maintain homeostasis?
In both women and men you have balance of both estrogen and testosterone. So in case of women testosterone is present in minute quantity and in men estrogen is present in minute quantity. In women estrogen predominance is there. In men testosterone predominance is there. So they work together in both the sexes.

Do estrogen cream increase butt size?
Estrogen is the female hormone which brings in the women-ly changes in women. It primarily accumulates fat in important areas. It accumulates fats under the mamery gland in the chest, and in the vaginal area and in butt region.
Having extra fats in these regions ensures easy delivery of baby.
So yes estrogen will make your butt appear large, but with more accumulation of fat and muscle (muscle if you have a very good genetics from your parents)
Which endocrine gland produces estrogen hormone?
Males have glands called TESTES, which are located in the scrotum. Testes produce the hormone testosterone. Testosterone regulates male sexual development and reproduction.
BI-ESTROGEN(BIEST)
Bi-estrogen, as the word might indicate, is a combination of two estrogens; Estriol (E-3), and Estradiol (E-2). These two estrogens are 2 of the 3 natural occurring or (bio-identical) estrogens found in the female body.
