Eva Braun

At 17 Eva Braun took a job as an assistant and as a model for Heinrich Hoffman, who was the official photographer for the Nazi party. She met Hitler at Hoffman's studio in Munich in October 1929 and Hitler started seeing more of Braun after 1931.

Hitler knew that the soviet union troops were entering into Germany and were heading close to his bunker in Berlin. Hitler was told that he should try to escape, Hitler rejected because he heard rumors that if the Russians caught him they would put him in a big cage and drag him around like an animal. Hitler decided that committing suicide would spare him the humiliation. So he asked Eva Braun to marry him and asked her to commit suicide. Eva agreed because she thought that she couldn't live without Hitler, So Hitler and Eva took sleeping pills and Hitler also shot himself. In Hitler's will he ordered his body be cremated and barried well so that the Russians couldn't get him.

Hitler ordered Eva to kill herself. so the others would not get her as well because she would be in troble to.

Because she killed herself by drinking a poison called cyanide.

She was Adolf Hitler's wife, other than that no reason for her to be remembered.

She hid the Jew gold in the jewdengoldenscheilagerudeben in Munich. There are over six thousand pieces of Jew gold, some weighing pounds worth millions of dollar.

She wore make-up, smoked cigarettes, and liked to sunbathe in the nude. Those were the main things that really irked him about her.

The book, THE LOST LIFE OF EVA BRAUN, by Angela Lambert, contains a passage in which Hitler's adjutant described Eva Braun as, " a brown-eye brunette, 5 foot 6 tall, well-built with a blooming presence." See page 119.

August Kubizek, a personal friend of Hitler before his rise to infamy wrote a biography (Which was banned by the Nazi Party) of the man which detailed his early life prior to his rise to infamy. In it he states in his biography of Hitler that in the spring of 1905 Hitler infatuated with a girl called Stefanie Isak in Linz, Austria.

'Geli' (Angela Maria Raubal) , his half-niece, allegedly committed suicide by shooting herself in Munich on September 19th 1931 in Hitler's apartment.

It is unproven, but widely rumoured that Hitler was having sexual relationships with Geli. This is furthured by her confiding to a leading Nazi reporter, Otto Strasser, "You'll never believe the things he makes me do." Some people claim thiat this comment alluded to Hitler's perverse sexual nature. If they were lovers, could this be why she symbolically commited suicide using his gun, to her heart? Hitler later declared that Raubal was the only woman he had ever loved.

There are other suggestions that she may have been murdered by the Nazi party because of her growing influence over Hitler.

The Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C. gives each visitor an identification card before they tour the main exhibit. One of these is for Eva Braun Levine. On the last page it reads, "As the Allies advanced, the camp prisoners were evacuated to the Bergen-Belsen camp. There, Eva was liberated by the British in April 1945. She moved to the United States in 1950."

Cyanide, in the form of pure liquid prussic acid (a historical name for hydrogen cyanide), was the favored suicide agent of the Third Reich. It was used to commit suicide by Erwin Rommel (1944), after being accused of conspiring against Hitler; Adolf Hitler's wife, Eva Braun (1945); and by Nazi leaders Heinrich Himmler (1945), possibly Martin Bormann (1945), and Hermann Göring (1946). Hitler wanted the German people to believe he was completely committed to Germany's interests, without distraction; that he was a "superman" who did not need the things other men did, such as a wife. He wanted people to think he was married to Germany. And, Eva was much younger than he was, and perhaps not too bright. He may not have been entirely faithful. Geobbels, who as head of the Propaganda Ministry had control over the German film industry, and was called by German starlets "The Beast of Bebelsburg" (a Berlin suburb; Germany's Hollywood). Goebbels used to drop by with half a dozen young actresses, and Eva would be hustled off upstairs. One of these actresses related how Hitler once tried to impress them by demonstrating how long he could hold his arm up in the Nazi salute. What a man!

She was Adolf Hitler's mistress. She killed herself along side of Hitler when he did when it was evident that the Germans were going to lose the war.
