How do you be a human and a fairy?
If you mean by fairy, those tiny little people with wings that leave star dust in their wake when they fly, then the answer is no. It is the writers opinion that fairy's as such do not exist only in fairy tales.

MY STORY
One day a couple of years ago I put a tooth under my pillow. Next morning nothing was there apart from THAT SAME TOOTHbut I went downstairs, chatted to my relatives for a few minutes after putting the tooth back under the pillow. A few minutes later, I went back up, CHECKED UNDER THE SAME PLACE and £1 was there, BUT NO TOOTH! My relatives had not moved a muscle after I told them not to move a muscle. I went back downstairs, and they HAD NOT MOVED!!!
