Is possible for a going 3 months old baby in the womb not yet moving?

I'm 15 weeks pregnant. And i haven't feel him/her move yet. I'm so excited to feel him/her. Anyways i think you should feel your baby move by 4 to 5 months. ^^

How healthy are babies born at 29.5 weeks?

With proper neonatal care, a baby born at 29 weeks has a good chance of living a healthy life. However, each case is different as per each baby's different circumstances, and usual results may not always be what happens in each case.

What are the odds of a fetus surviving in the 8 th month?

Pretty good, many babies have been born a lot earlier than that Even babies born as early as 25 weeks now have a good chance of surviving.

More than 90% of premature babies who weigh 800 grams (a little less than two pounds) or more survive.

Those who weigh more than 500 grams (a little more than 1 pound) have a 40% to 50% chance of survival.

So yes, your baby has a good chance.

A baby in the eighth month has more than an 80% chance of surviving with no long-term problems. My husband and his twin brother were born at 32 weeks, and my own twins were born at 36 weeks.

AnswerMake sure that if possible you get 2 shots of betamethasone before delivery. They help to "rapid mature" the baby's lungs.

On a personal note, 2 of my 3 children were born at 32 weeks. One is 3 yrs old now and the other is 1 month. Both are healthy, though the little one is on an apnea monitor. They both spent 3 weeks in the NICU after birth, but had no complications. Oh, and both are white males (said to be slower in developing and take longer to come home).

Just an update on my children (many years later!) Only 2 shots of betamethasone can be given, and there is a risk of behavioral problems later on. My middle child (born @32w1d, weighing 4lbs11oz) is a relatively healthy 9 yr old now. However he does have Aspergers (An Autism Spectrum disorder, we believe completely unrelated to his early birth, as my husband has Aspergers), Bipolar Disorder (again, unrelated as it runs in my family genetically), AdHd (Common with Preemies FYI), Anxiety (Runs commonly with Asperger's/Bipolar), and Oppositional Defiance Disorder.

My other preemie (Born @32w5d, weighing 5lbs6oz) is now 6 yrs old. He has some mild developmental delays and epilepsy but is doing very well.

One thing I HIGHLY recommend to moms of preemies is to look into the RSV Vaccine (As my 2nd one was hospitalized 2x with severe RSV). Doctors will not "suggest" it on their own...you must REQUEST it yourself, and In my opinion it's worth it.

Baby's length at 12 weeks?

At 12 weeks is fully formed, but very, very small (too small to survive). He or she already looks like a proper baby. The baby is only 2 inches (5.5 centimetres long) and weights 14 grams (0.5 ounces). He or she already has eyes (which are fused shut), ears, a liver (that is already creating bile), kidneys (which are already producing urine), a bladder and basically everything else. His or her heart has been beating for around 6 weeks already and the heartbeat is visible to hear and see on an ultrasound. He or she will squirm if touched because he or she already has nerve cells and is starting to be able to feel pain and other sensations.

How does food pass through the mother to get to the fetus to feed of off?

The baby is connected by the umbilical cord to the placenta. The placenta is attached to the inside of the womb. Blood carries food through the blood vessels in the wall of the womb and the blood vessels of the placenta absorb the food.

When should you be able to hear the baby's heart beat?

hopefully when all the organs develop..in about 3-5 months..get an ultrasound and see for yourself.

Can a baby born between 20 to 25 week survive?

Yes, but it won't be easy. It would need much work in the hospital to keep it alive. That said, I have a distant relative by marriage who was born at 23wks, and is a healthy beautiful young lady.

Same as above with me, I was the same situation and I am perfectly fine. I will start at a community college in the fall as a Criminal Justice major. I spent a LOT of time in the hospital when I was born @ 1lb and 13 oz and it was really hard on my parents, but the hardship will most likely relieve itsself in time.

What if they can not see a fetus on the ultrasound?

You could be less than 8 weeks pregnant or unfortunately sometimes the baby does not develop and you may have what is called a blighted ovum.

When should the fetus start moving?

A baby starts moving in the beginning but you don't start feeling it until about 15 to 17 weeks along in the pregnancy. At first it will feel like a little gas or small flutters. And then as the weeks go by it will get stronger and more distinctive.

Does embryo have a heartbeat at 5 weeks?

Yes according to this website it does http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/prenatal-care/PR00112 At week five, your baby is 1/17 of an inch long - about the size of the tip of a pen. This week, your baby's heart and circulatory system are taking shape. Your baby's blood vessels will complete a circuit, and his or her heart will begin to beat. Although you won't be able to hear it yet, the motion of your baby's beating heart may be detected with an ultrasound exam. With these changes, blood circulation begins - making the circulatory system the first functioning organ system.

Can you feel your baby heart beat at 3 weeks?

Yes. The earliest you would be able to detect a heart beat is 5 weeks.

Can you feel baby breathing in the womb?

Nope - breathing is the action of drawing air into the lungs, and expelling waste gasses. Whilst in the womb, the developing foetus draws all the oxygen it needs from the placenta.

What comes first embryo or fetus?

The embryo lasts until about week 10 or 11 and then it is known as a fetus.

What does a fetus takes from the mother blood?

The blood is "grown" by the fetus along with the organs and bones. The fetal blood supply is separate from the mother's. The two blood systems interact through the placenta - oxygen and food pass though to the fetal blood from the mother, waste products flow from the fetus to the mother.

What are the dangers to the fetus?

It depends, because there are many things that can harm your baby or so the fetus. You shouldn't smoke or drink because it can have dificulties at birth or during their first years. If you smoke too much your baby could come out with asthma just like i did. my mother smoked during pregnancy and i have asthma becaus eof that so you definitely do not want to put your child through that. If you fall you will have achance of loosing your baby depending on how far you are.

What does a 7 month old fetus weigh?

Well this would depend upon which week, because your baby is growing so fast!

Week 27: Your baby is about 2 pounds and about 14 1/2" long! This week your baby's lungs and immune system are developing!

Week 28: Your baby is about 2-3 pounds is about 15" long! Your baby can now blink and his or her eyes are partially open and they now have color! But keep in mind that your baby's eye color may change until 9 months after he or she is born.

Week 29: Your baby is about 3 pounds an is 15" long. If you were to deliver this week, your baby would have 90% chance of survival! Your baby's brain is now control his or her breathing, and body temperate. Your baby can now cough and suck his/her thumb!

Week 30: Your baby is about 3 pounds and 15 1/2" long! Your baby's fingernails and toenails are completely done growing this week! When your baby is awake, his/her eyes are completely open now! This week your baby's brain is also starting to fold and make those weird little wrinkles!
